How can they even accept such future

It's becoming more tense.

The atmosphere in the meeting room had everyone choked the air right in their throat. The members looked at each other blankly. One shrugged, one whispered, another kept guessing. They all turned to the same direction instantly at the door as the man they were familiar with walked in sitting straight up at his assigned seat.

The thick silence was too awkward that they could cut it half with a knife. Bang PDnim scanned everyone's face one by one. Namjoon couldn't take it and decided to speak up

"Umm so why-"

"Listen" he got cut off, "i knew from the start the impacts are huge. And not good huge i mean bad huge." He sighed, "big mistake guys. You hear me? Big big mistake. What do you have to say for yourselves.." he intertwined his fingers glaring at the members.

Ahh

The members had the same thought in their mind

"You see-"

"We can't go back that's for sure" namjoon got cut off again, "Namjoon ah?" Namjoon flinched as he turned to him.

"Well-"

"so i wanna hear suggestions" he leaned back cracking his neck both sides.

The members got lost having thoughts of their own lingering in their packed minds

Hobii raised his hand trying to speak up, "uhh-"

"Nope" , hobii put his hand down frowning as the big guy shook his head

"How about-"

"Never" , jungkook leaned back pouting

"We should just-"

"Are you joking? Not in the list" Bang PD sighed , "I say.. we break it off"

The members' eyes widened at their CEO's words, "i mean everything"

"But-" taehyung gasped

"In front of ARMYs and behind them. I don't want to see anymore lovey dovey relationships, unallowed affections towards each other. No couple pics with cringe captions on tweeter. No secret meetings. No taking days off to go on dates. Mark my word, I forbid it"

With that Bang PD stormed out the suffocating room with a slam on the door leaving the members clueless of what they were forced to listen to. They blinked a few times still confused and speechless. How can they break off their relationships ? How would armys who ship them so much think about their sudden decision? Words weren't as easy as they seemed.

\\at the dorm//

Jin turned off the stove taking the boiled pot off with baking gloves and went straight into the living room. He put the pot of kimchi stew on the table and opened the lid letting steam running out. Namjoon got up from his seat and handed everyone chopsticks

"Yah yah, let's dig in before stressing" the elder spoke

"But hyung, isn't it crazy-"

"Dinner. First." Jin shushed tae

"It's alright to talk now actually" yoongi held jimin's hand who's been worrying sick

"Mine isn't even exposed yet but it aches me so bad" hobii rubbed his chest frowning with a fake cry on his face

"Yeah how can we possibly break up and act like everything's normal?" Tae murmured as he leaned on jungkook's shoulder

"Yadeul ah, just cause Bang Pdnim said we can't be together doesn't mean we have break off for real" namjoon crossed his arm above his chest as jin rubbed his left shoulder

"No secret meetings.." jimin mimicked the CEO's voice in annoyance, "trust me, they will send people to tell on us if we're still together"

They knew why this sudden and unaccepted decision was made. Eventhough the fandom population was stable, sales were fine, promotions and concerts were still supported, the company made a prediction that it wouldn't last long. Instead of letting them continue, forcing the members to be individually independent without needing a partner was the only way. Having love and support from ARMYs was already enough for BTS members, that's what the staffs at the company would say.

The members thought hard and long about this. They didn't even have a choice. What will happen if they go back to being themselves as if they never had a relationship before? Back in the days where they just happily, childishly play around each other. It would be super super awkward to be going back there without having at least a stare missing each other, a hug for embrace, cuddles at night, a kiss of 'i miss you'. It's just impossible! How can they even accept such future.

But it happened. Unfortunately. It's been the toughest time for the boys. Being caught for going on dates secretly, making out in the car, not allowed to sit next to your lover during meetings or when having meals..even holding hands were strictly prohibited. Their manager would always have their eyes on them. Not that he wanted to but he just had to.

It's been a year since the whole ruckus thingy that's been bugging them. Luckily the fandom remained, the fans kept supporting them knowing they're very hurt but still cheered on them no matter what they do. They'd always act tough and never forget to smile during fan meetings or uploading pictures and videos tweeter. Not that they weren't but somehow they managed to handle theirselves and unexpected situations very well.

They were on the stage of moving on, from everything, even themselves. All the sneaking out at night, late night talks, texting goodnights, awkward moments.. all gone. They didn't even thought they'd go this far. Somehow seemed impossible. Even Bang Pdnim praised for their 'improvement'.

   But fancafes, tweeter, fan blogs, all still supporting them, missing the couples so much they'd beg for them to be together again. The guys would ignore if they accidentally scrolled or came to read the topic, they had to ignore so they won't have to steal a glance at their boyfriends mouthing words they couldn't say out loud.. at least some of them.

It's so heart breaking that only they could tell.
