"One strawberry ice cream please" Taehyung requested the lady as she went to go fill up a cup with strawberry ice cream.
"For here or to go?"
"To go please"
The lady then put the lid on the cup and gave the ice cream to Taehyung. Taehyung paid and then left the ice cream parlor.
The boy got into his car and began to drive back to his apartment complex. Once he got there, he walked inside and began to walk up the stairs with the ice cream still in his hands.
He stopped at a familiar but unfamiliar door. It was the apartment right above his. Taehyung reached into his pocket and grabbed out a pen.
'To jungkook' was what he wrote on the ice cream as he set it beside the door and knocked. He ran away and down the stairs right after he knocked, not wanting to be seen by any of them.
Jungkook on the other hand was the first to hear the knock, but to his disappointment his dad heard it right after he did. His father got up to answer the door and was surprised to see a small strawberry ice cream right beside the door with writing on it saying 'To Jungkook.'
His father rolled his eyes as he picked up the treat. He then walked over to his sons door and knocked.
"What?"
"Someone left you some ice cream, want it?"
Jungkooks eyes lit up in his dark filled room.
"Wait, really?"
"i mean i'd assume so. it says 'to jungkook' on it. now take it now or else i'll eat it"
Jungkook flung his door open with a huge smile on his face. This was the first time in forever he actually got some sort of gift from someone besides his nana. He snatched the ice cream from his fathers hands and rushed back into his room.
The boy sat on his bed excited as he opened up the yummy looking strawberry ice cream. "strawberry ice cream is my favorite!" Jungkook exclaimed while taking the spoon given with it and taking a bite

Taehyung smiled at the boys excitement, listening from the room below his.

Night came and Jungkook wasn't even half tired. He was up still pondering over who gave him such a treat. 'maybe it was nana?' he thought. 'No, nana would say it was from her if she gave me anything.'
Jungkook was interrupted from his thoughts by an oh so familiar voice coming through the vents.
"Jungkook? you up?"
Jungkook jumped to his feet with a smile and sat down next to the vents.
"Hi Tae i'm up! Oh my god you won't believe what happened today!"
Taehyung smiled, knowing exactly what the younger was about to scream about.
"What? it better be good."
"Oh it is trust me"
"I'm listening."
Jungkook took a very deep breath
"SOMEONE ACTUALLY TOOK TIME OUT OF THEIR DAY TO GO GET ICE CREAM FOR ME AND DROP IT OFF AT MY HOUSE OH MY GOD IM SO HAPPY NO ONE'S EVER GOTTEN ME SUCH A GIFT BEFORE BESIDES MY NANA AND I DONT KNOW WHO GAVE IT TO ME BUT I DONT CARE BUT OH MY GOD I ACTUALLY GOT A GIFT FROM SOMEONE!"
Taehyung barely managed to hold back his laughter after hearing every single one of Jungkooks words
"Oh my god Jungkook i'm so happy for you! Did it taste good?"
"Better than good! It was even my favorite flavor!"
"What flavor was it?"
"Strawberry!"
"Awe and you didn't share with me" Taehyung said in a sad fake tone.
Jungkook then began to feel guilty
"I.. oh, i'm so sorr-"
"Oh my god I'm just joking kook" Taehyung started laughing to himself.
"Ugh you're such a meanie pants!" Jungkook complained. Jungkook had a sour expression on his face even though he was his happiest ever right now.
"Hahaha, Oh! How many more days until your birthday?"
"Oh, like six. It's not even important though, No one cares about it besides nana"
"Wait but i do!"
"Y-you do?" Jungkook stuttered.
"Of course i do! you're like my favorite person"
"You're my favorite person too"
The two boys hesitated from talking for a bit, both blushing and both having butterflies surrounding their stomachs.
"Well i hope you have a great night koo, I'll talk to you tomorrow like always"
"you too tae! goodnight i love yo- I MEAN GOODNIGHT SLEEP WELL TOO HAHA OK IM GOING TO BED GOODNIGHT HAHA"
Taehyung raised his eyebrows in suspicion.
"Uh ok goodnight to you too haha."
The two boys left the vents while Taehyung went back to his bed. He took out a pen and note from his pocket. The note read-
