Seungmin POV.

School was finally over, but the day wasn't done yet. I still had to go to work alone. On Fridays jisung and felix had meme club and jeongin had to babysit his little brother.

I didn't mind to much though so I wasn't too upset.

I gathered my stuff from my locker and started to walk out of the building when I was stopped.

"H-hey can I talk to you?" It was hyunjin. "I'm kind of in a hurry." He looked at me a little defeated but then popped up again.

"Can I walk with you?" I just simply nod and we start walking. He was really fidgety and I could tell something was bothering him.

"S-so um jisung told me something that got me thinking and I just wanted to ask you something."

I had no clue what he was talking about and a sudden dread washed over me. "Uh ok, ask away I guess."

We got to the cafè and I put my uniform on and started preparations.
I told him we could talk while I work and so he continued.

"Well um, jisung told me why he thought you were upset today and I just wanted to see if he was right."

"Well what did he say?" The cafè was still empty and it was weird cause on fridays it was usually pretty packed. I shrugged it off and focused on what hyunjin was saying.

"He theorized that you were jealous and thats why you snapped at me in class when I was looking at you."

He said that really fast but I understood every word. "Jealous? Jealous of what?" He looked at me with a look that said "please don't make me explain further."

"Well he said that you were jealous of yeji because she was sitting in your seat and hugging me."

He crossed his arms and looked at me with a weird looking smirk on his face.

"W-what? That...thats obsurd. Why would I be je-" I was cut off by hyunjin putting his finger under my chin and tilting my head up to look directly at him.

I was having deja'vu and I could feel that familiar fuzzy feeling in my stomach that I felt whenever I was with hyunjin.

"Seungmin, would you like to go on a date with me sometime?" Hyunjin looks at me with hopeful eyes and I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

"W-what?" Hyunjin chuckled and leaned in closer and whispered in my ear "I like you Minnie."

His voice was raspy and I could feel his breath on my ear and it sent shivers down my spine. I looked at him and said "I like you too jinnie and yes I would love do go on a date with you sometime."

He smiles very wide and so do I, but one thing was still bothering me. "So hyunjin what was up with that yeji girl?" He smirked at me. "So you were jealous?"

He giggles and I look down and blush "okay fine, maybe I was just a little jealous. Now tell me whats up with the yeji girl." He laughes and continues.

"She has a girlfriend Minnie." He smiled at me sweetly and I look at him, a bit shocked. "R-really? Who?"

"Yes really and her name is lia. I met yeji in one of my other classes and noticed she had a pride flag on her backpack so I asked her about it and we quickly became friends."

I smiled at him and suddenly started feeling guilty, I was kind of rude to her and for nothing. I just decided I would apologize on Monday. 

"Jinnie I have one more question." Hyunjin looked up at me. "Shoot."

"Why did yeji say she heard a lot about me?" Hyunjin looked down and I could see a slight blush on his cheeks.

"W-well I told her about my crush on you and she was the one that encouraged me to ask you out on a date."

I nodded and thought that I definitely need to apologize and thank yeji on Monday now.

During my shift, me and hyunjin would steal glances and have little chats about random things and set a date for our date.

My shift ended and before me and hyunjin parted ways I gave him my number. I was still confused as to why there was barely any constomers that day. There were only about 8 or 9.

I again ignored it and was just happy to be going on a date with hyunjin on sunday. I could still recall the feeling of his breath on my ear and I began to blush.

I brushed it off and went to bed, imagining how the date would go and where hyunjin would take me. That night I fell asleep with the biggest, phatest, stupidest smile on my face.
