Third Person POV

Y/N went to the kitchen, making breakfast for Yuuki. He had still his thoughts on the vision earlier. "What was that..."

Yuuki walks up from the bedroom to the kitchen, her clothes being a bit messy woren. "Morning sleeping knight~" "Morning" she yawned, going over to Y/N.

"Why are you up already?" she rubbed her eyes. "Asuna asked if we wanted to meet up with her and Kazuto, like on a double date.

"Oh! That sounds like fun!" she smiled excited. After our breakfast, we headed out. Our meeting point was a café in the central area of the city.

We were waiting inside and ordered ourself something to drink and some cakes. The door open as Asuna and Kazuto walked in. I waved at them.

They noticed me and smiled, coming toward us and sitting across the table. "How are you doing, Asuna, Kazuto?"

"We have been doing great. I see you two finally got to spend time together." Asuna gave a lovely smile towards us which made me and Yuuki blush.

"Hehe.. Yeah~" we nodded in response. "Have you two been spending times as well?"

"We try to fine every time possible. Even in Alfheim." Kirito responded.

"That's one big love pair" Y/N smiled. "Anyway, what have you been up to?" he asked Kazuto.

"Nothing special just doing the usual stuff you know. Although I have trained more with Excalibur. It is an amazing sword."

"That sounds great I would like to give it a try." "Only if you beat me in a fight" both laughed as their girlfriends sighed.

The four spended their time together, talking about each other as well having fun in the mall.

They day goes on as it soon was dawn. It was once again time to say goodbye.

Y/N and Yuuki were walking back to Y/N's apartment while Kirito was about to bring Asuna back home, until....

"ASUNA RUN!!" Kirito grabbed the umbrella, pushing Asuna back. He stabbed Death Gun at his waistline but was injected with poison. Kirito dropped on the floor in pain.

"KIRITO" she shouted.

-at Y/N-

Y/N and Yuuki just arrived home. But soon after they entered, he received a phone call from Asuna.

They were just about to take of their shoes as Y/N was shocked about the message he heard.

".... What.... Kazuto has been poisoned...?!" Yuuki was shocked to hear this. They went out and made their way to the hospital as fast they could.

At the hospital they arrived, seeing Asuna and Suguha, Kirito's Cousine waiting outside the emergency room.

"Asuna, are you alright?!" both Y/N and Yuuki asked worried. "I-I am fine but Kirito..." we looked over Kirito getting brought over to a room.

"What happend Asuna!?" Y/N needed to know everything. "D-deathgun he attacked us and injected something into Kirito."

"The doctors said that Onii-chan is stable but they don't know if he is ever gona wake up"

Y/N angry about this can't help his friend. "Damnit..."

-a few days later-

Y/N who was still worried about his friend Kazuto was looking at an old pic they did after surviving in Aincrad. Only his lap Yuuki stirred a bit in her sleep as he patted her head gently.

"If I only could help you Kazuto... " just then, Y/N phone vibrated. "A message from Yui?" he wonder.

The message said as followed:

"Nii-chan!! Papa has been taken somewhere he is not in the hospital anymore after mama and auntie tried to visit him. They said that they took help from a man named Kikuoka.
Please meet up with mama soon! "

He put his phone down, looking down at Yuuki who seemed to be awake now while he was reading the message.

"Is it from Asuna?" she asked. "No it's from Yui, Kazuto has been take to somewhere else so we should meet up with them."

"Then let's go. I won't leave your side ever Y/N" Yuuki rubbed her hands on his cheek. He embraced her tightly.

Y/N POV

Myself and Yuuki met up with Asuna, but she wasn't alone. She was with another woman.

By everything I listened, Rinko Koujiro was Kayaba's former lover. She was the one who assisted Kayaba till the very end.

"I will disguise myself as her assistant to get closer to Kirito, I will send a signal with Yui over to you" that was the plan Asuna had with Rinko.

"Maybe we should assist you two, we could be like a security guard." I suggested this plan to be able to come with them.

"Would be hard to believe by your ages but let's give it a shot." Rinko agreed. But I was doubting even myself on this plan.

-later at the ocean turtle-

"I can't believe that it worked...." We managed to get to the place where they suppose to be keeping Kazuto.

It was like an Artifical Island called the Ocean Turtle. Somehow we passed all security by disguising ourself. When we were safe we revealed ourself and asked. Kikuoka where they kept Kazuto.

According to him, Kazuto had major brain damage and with the STL technology they tried to restore it. There was also something about creating modified AI inside this VRMMORPG and that the Church of Axiom that they eliminated every kind of transgression. Which why they took Kazuto to help them.

I was mad at first for them doing this to Kazuto but this was also supposed to help and save him.

"I can't wait here and do nothing! I am gona help him!" everyone looked at me, even Yuuki was suprised. "Well... We could get you inside without having you being detected by the Church of Axiom. But you might only be able to come out by clearing the mission and defeating the ruler.

"Fine, I will do it." I was prepared for it, in order to save Kazuto. "No, you won't!" I turned over to Yuuki. "Huh? Why not?!" I asked her confused.

"Not without me!" I looked at her and smiled. "Alright then, Asuna please stay here. If anything happens we have you here" she nodded in response, trusting me and Yuuki on this mission.

"We might not be able to communicate with you two but if by any chance we can help you, we will send you the info. The first thing you have to do is to find a girl name 'Alice'. Also the time which will be running is different than the one outside here so be careful. "

When he mentioned the name it sounded familiar, I never knew an Alice in my life, yet she didn't feelt like a stranger. That aside. Myself and Yuuki got ourself ready. I hesitated a bit having to wear this Nerve gear kind of thing again.

"Don't worry it's not like the thing Kayaba made while you were in Aincrad, this is a safe one." Rinko responds.

I only gave a nod and a sigh before putting it on. "Ready you two?" he asked. He started the machine. As myself and Yuuki called out...
