Yes : the killer will leave her body there and Conan will take her back to the office .Kogoro will be angry . Conan will get a few killing moves from Kogoro besides "drilling punch " ( if you don't know try finding it at YouTube Detective Conan Fails and funny moments part 4 ) and Haibara too .
No : the culprit will put an ultimatum in Ran's pocket and drag her until a river and throw her there.
