Shaking my head and getting myself out of the daze i sigh to myself. Maybe its best if i don't know.
"Yes sir" Rose answeres
"Good. Now Emma is there anything eles you want Rose to do?"
What eles could i have her do?
ohh of course...
"She can clean the room your mother will be staying in. I want it to be perfect for her"
Nodding his head to me he turns back to her.
"Got it?" he askes her clearly annoyed now.
She deserves it. I haven't done shit to this women.
I even tried giving her the day off.
She walks out the room.
Okay then...
Turning towards his men they notice and one man holds his hands out.
"We don't clean women" he gives me a hard look.
"Derek she may think your being rude. Shut up" his twins says.
"I'm not being rude. I don't mind helping but just letting her know we don't do women work" he shrugs his shoulders
Nodding thier heads the other men agree.
Covering my face with my hands i try not to laugh but fail.
Laughing softly i shake my head.
"I wasn't going to make yall clean" i bust out laughing.
"I can't even imagine yall.. oh wait i can" as i laugh harder.
Oh fuck.. i can picture them cleaning. Dusting, swiping and mopping.
Goodness gracious. That would be hilarious.
"Emma-" Callen starts but i jump to my defense
"Okay okay im done" holding my hand up to my mouth to stop the laughter that's coming out.
"Hmm. Good" He chuckles.
Looking back at the men i raise my eyebrows at them and say
"Just do whatever yall normally do. Just no blood shed today got it?" i give them a hard look.
"Yes ma'am" they all say together.
"Good" nodding my head i turn towards Callen
"I'm ready"
Shaking his head he smiles at me.
" Come on" he takes my hand and pulls me out the office.
20 minutes later we arrive in town.
"Where to first?" he askes me.
" Grocery store" i point
Pulling up into a parking spot in front of the store we get out and start shopping.
Thinking of my i need i make a list in my head.
Wine
Cheese
Chicken
I need something that Lucca will like too.
Mac and cheese
Cool aid
Stuff to make a salad
and a few more things I'll think of as i walk through the store.
Grabbing the items i need Callen pushes the buggy and let's me shop. Adding snakes for Lucca into the cart as well.
Should we get her a welcome home gift?
What would she like?
Going into the home decorations i start to search.
"Emma, What are you looking for?" Callen asks me
"A gift" i reply with my eyes still scanning thr items
"My mother doesn't need-"
I cut him off quickly.
"She does" i say simply before finally finding the perfect thing.
Its a wall decoration. It's beautiful. It's a painting with the words Home on it. It's simple but i think that one word will be just perfect for his mother.
Putting it gently into the cart i make my way to the toy section.
Looking at me with a amused expression Callen askes me "And who needs a toy?"
Looking at him with a crazy face i say
"Lucca of course"
Looking down the toy lanes i honestly don't know what to pick. I'm a women. I only have played with girl toys growing up. What do little boys like?
Finally turning to Callen i smile big at him
Narrowing his eyes at me and waits.
"Pick something" i wave my hands around at the toys.
"This is your idea-"
"Yes but you was once a boy, you know what they would like"
Giving up he shakes his head and looks at the toys before finding a remote control Charger, he picks it up and shows it to me.
Nodding my head.
Perfect.
