Suddenly my bedroom door slams open as a crying Lucca and a worried Camilla come running through the door.
Callen jumps up with a worried expression.
"What happened?" he demands loudly.
Slowly sitting up in bed i look at the two of them.
"Callen i don't know Lucca woke me up crying and begging me to come with him to see you both" she says in a rush clearly worried about her grandson.
Callen climbs out the bed and kneels down infront of Lucca and touches his shoulders.
"Buddy what's wrong?" he askes Lucca gently.
Which only causing Lucca to cry harder.
Pulling myself out of bed i slowly make my way and sit down next to Lucca before i fall down.
"Hey baby come see" i grab Luccas hand and pull him down i to my lap.
Callen and his mother look at us speechless.
"Tell me what's wrong baby so i can fix it." i tell him softly.
Shaking his head crazy he cries out loudly.
"I can't tell. It's a secret"
"I like secrets" i smile at him
"I want to tell but i promised her i wouldn't" he sniffles
Looking confused i asked him...
"Promised who Lucca?"
"ROSE" he crys harder
Nodding my head i try to place a fake smile on my face to try to calm him down.
"Hey baby, It's okay. You want to go feed the ducks later with me?"
"Your sick you don't even leave this room" he accuses me.
"I'm sure uncle Callen could carry me outside right?" i look up at Callen with wide eyes
"Sure i can buddy" he smiles but i can tell it's fake.
"Okay" he hugs me hard
"Now tell Ms. Emma the secret baby"
"I saw her put something in your bowl of soup" he plays with his fingers.
"When?" Callen askes loudly.
Shooting him a glare i tell him to shut up. He understands and shuts up.
"When did she do that baby?" i ask softly
"Eailer when after Uncle Callen left the kitchen. She poured something in the soup after he said he would be back to get it." he explains
Widening my eyes i look up at Callen to see his furious. He pulls out his phone and tells someone to come to his room.
"Did she see you when she was doing it?" i ask
Nodding his head yes he hugged me tightly.
"and what did she say baby?" i whisper
"She told me she would kill you. Please. Don't tell her i told... i don't want you to die" he starts crying loudly again and Callen picks him up holding him tightly.
"Hey buddy. You know how strong your Uncle is dont you?" he asks while adding a laugh i know is forced.
Lucca nods his head to Callen.
"Do you think I'd let anyone kill Ms. Emma?" he askes softly
Lucca shakes his head at that.
"Your right. I won't. I want you to follow your grandma so i can talk with Emma for a little while okay buddy? You did good telling us. We don't keep secrets from each other" Callen tells him before kissing his forehead and heading him over to his mother.
