You walked into your bedroom, sighing as you set down your bag. Another long, stressful day of work, finally over and done with. Now, it was the weekend. Which meant you could finally finish your minecraft build.
You did speedbuilds on youtube as a small extra coin. You had over 1k subscribers, and your videos were over the ten minute mark, so you managed to make somewhat of a profit.
You logged into the flat world, finishing up the build of a huge dog. It was meant to represent your neices dog, "K9", and that it did. You've had minecraft for well over five years, you knew how to make a build.
Once it was completely finished, you turned off the camera and went into a different world. A survival one. You had a friend on that world that seemed to always be active- then again, it was a server that was open to everyone. They used a basic Steve skin, so it was easy to spot them amoungst the crowd. You also used a rather simplistic skin, but it wasn't a Steve skin. Your skin consisted of the Steve clothing (though you edited the shirt to have a creeper face on it), your skin color, your eye color, hair color and length, and extra small things.
The world finished loading quickly, and you immediatly went in search of your friend. You found him almost instantly, due to the fact it was a wide open plain. You typed your hello and "waved" whilst crouching/uncrouching. He did the same back at you. "Hey! I finished the house we've been working on while you were away!" He typed quickly before waving a tad more, then stopping a few moments later. "That's great!" You typed back. You and 'Steve' have been working on a type of mansion house in this world, which was three quarters done when you left the game last week.
You looked at the chat from a few hours ago. It seemed like there was some sort of Herobrine sighting... heh. Fun thought. The creepypasta of "Herobrine" was something you dove into quite a while back, but never really believed in it. How easy would it be for someone to use the skin and scare people? Very. That's why you never believed in it.
The few hours you spent on the server only felt like a few minutes. You had to sleep if you wanted to work and stay stable financially. "Heya, I need to sleep. Money is important :P" You typed, making your bed straight after it sent. You then looked back at the screen, in which the chat said, "Get a good nights rest, bud!"
You smiled at the PC before turning it off and going to bed. Before you fell asleep, however, the screen turned back on. "Probably just put it on sleep mode" you thought with a yawn before falling into the darkness known as sleep.
