(A/N): On September 5th, The Saiyan Rose hit the #1 spot on rwbyfanfics, and it still is. I am shocked and filled with happiness that you guys and everyone else that read my book sticked with me since last year when I published the first chapter. Thank you guys, I really mean it. Now, let chapter 5 of Vol.2 begin!
(Y/N): And begin!
The match between Pyrrha and team CRDL begins in Glynda's class. Pyrrha launches her spear at Dove and then she knocks Sky to the ground. Cardin starts shooting at Pyrrha, Cardin and Sky attempt to double team her. Pyrrha throws her shield, which hits Cardin in the face, and bounces back to hit Sky as well. Pyrrha backflips, landing on top of Sky. Dove and Russel rush her together, but she is able to drive them back as Cardin leaps in to smash at her with his mace.
(Y/N): Woah, Pyrrha's amazing.
Glynda: She indeed is, what are you doing here anyways?
(Y/N): I don't have a class until next period. So, I might as well help out and watch the students spar.
Glynda: Very well, I'll allow of this.
(Y/N): Glynda, you don't have to talk like that. We're friends.
Glynda: *sighs* Not in front of the students, I need to keep them like this.
(Y/N): What, that they're afraid of you because you're so strict?
Glynda: Yes, unlike you. You're seen as a fun teacher and no one takes you seriously at times.
(Y/N): Jeez, why so mean?
Pyrrha opens fire with the rifle-form of Miló, but Russel defends Cardin, deflecting every shot with his daggers. He and Dove charge at Pyrrha, with Russel leaping into the air and performing a triple somersault, however, the attack is easily deflected. Russel and Dove proceed to strike at Pyrrha together, demonstrating precision through their ability to avoid hitting one another during the attack. Cardin attempts to take advantage on the distraction, but is unable to keep up with Pyrrha. Russel ducks in under Cardin for a surprise attack, but also proves himself unable to wear her down.
(Y/N): I feel bad for team CRDL now.
Dove moves in after Russel is knocked to the ground. After a couple of deflected swipes, he fires on her with his sword, but she is able to bull right through using her shield. Although he is able to avoid her attack, Dove finds himself knocked out of the fight by an swing from Cardin, who moves in for one final assault. Pyrrha knocks Cardin into the air and then leaps to slam him into the ground.
(Y/N): Pyrrha is victorious!
Cardin: Lucky shot....
Cardin collapses on the floor, (Y/N) kneels down by him and shocks him with a ki ball that's on the tip of his finger. This wakes up Cardin.
(Y/N): Get your teammates and take a seat. If I see you bully any student here, you're done for bud, and if you bully my daughter. I'm going to expel you myself.
As (Y/N) says this to Cardin, he lets out a bit of his power, this makes Cardin piss his pants.
Glynda: Well done, Miss Nikos. You should have no problem qualifying for the tournament.
(Y/N): High five Pyrrha!
Pyrrha laughs as she high fives her martial arts teacher.
