Nandini POV
I was on call with my colleague regarding our new project.
"Haan baba i know its been long hectic week but priya darling we need to work hard for this na" I calmed her saying although she is also right indeed it was hectic schedule from last 15 days but its ok we will be getting extra money for this , so i can handle this ..
"Ok priya office me milte hain , jaldi aana" saying this i ended the call .
Shiv ji this girl na still sleeping like pig ..
"Roo get up its 7:30 , you have to go to school its your last month , get up na ruch"
I am trying to wake her up will all my strength but she is my sister and pig ..
"Roo on count of three if you are not getting your ass down from this bed i am going to throw water on you face" I stated in fake angered voice .
"Umm diii kya hai aapka roz roz same dhamki dete ho aap" she responded to me in her drowsy voice.
I know that Ruchi intentionally do this every morning to irritate me but i feel good because In the end Ruchi and I are the only ones left , just the two of us ,to love each other , to fight with each other , just the two us .
"Mumma , many years have passed since you and papa left us alone in this cruel world to fight alone , It is very difficult mumma but i am your strong girl and i have also made our roo strong girl just like you wanted us to be. I really miss you every day every minute" I wiped away my flowing tears as i looked at the photo of mumma papa.
"Ok ok bye papa mumma abhi mujhe ruchi ko drop karke office jana hai baaki baatein main aaki karungi , love you" Saying this i moved towards ruchi.
Ruchi POV
Uff If i hate anything in this world from the core of my heart is getting up every morning. I moved towards the another room where I saw di is talking to mumma papa portrait . Although this is the daily scene of our house , I never disturb because I know di will never show her tears infront of me .
But what does she think, I don't know that she cries every morning infront of the picture. She started wiping her tears that mean she is going to come to me . After this I started wearing my socks .
"Roo bache tu ready hogyi , ye le tiffin rakh le apne paas aur sun na aaj bhi shayad mai late ho jau to" I interrupted her in midway and asked her to calm down
"Meri pyari di mujhe maloom hai ki mujhe ghar ander se lock karna hai koi bhi aaye to gate nahi kholna hai aur time se khana kha lena hai okayy" I reassured her .
"Hmm okay dadi amma now lets get going otherwise we will be late" Di told me and the we locked the door and left.
Nandini POV
After locking door we went downstairs. We then comes towards our scooty which I purchased second hand on last diwali and Ruchi calls our scooty Basanti .
After dropping Ruchi to her school I took my scooty and headed towards my office .
After Greeting everyone I walked towards my desk and saw that priya was sulking seeing all those piles of work . I smiled little and initiated our conversation.
"Kya hogya priya kyu mood utara hua hai. Fir lagta hai tune mohit se ladai kar li hai" I teased her by taking mohit name . Mohit is priya's boyfriend and they are like tom and jerry . Always in fighting mode .
"Tu naam na le uske maine bohot gussa aarhi abhi aur uper se itna kaam" Priya furiously stated this line to me . Its her everyday drama . To be very honest only priya is there with whom i talk because I don't like making friends . My toxic trait.
After that we started working on our given project and the deadline was near so everyone has to complete their work on time . I am also thinking to switch my company as its been long since i am here . If i try switching may be i can earn more because the cost of living is increasing every day and Ruchi's college will be starting soon . Ohh shiv ji .
At least we have good place where we are living peacefully. Its two room apartment with one kitchen which is more than sufficient. And rent is also in our budget . But day by day everything is getting costly only , I don't know how to handle all these things together. But its okay we will manage. I huffed and started working on our project.
