"Why weren't you at school"I turned on the Wii and began to watch Dexter on Netflix.

"I had things to do"he replied calm and quickly.

I looked at him"and going to school wasn't a priority."

He nodded and shrugged"Not all of us care about school"

I raised my eyebrow"and what the hell is that suppose to mean?"

"Meaning that there will be more days of school that I won't be there and you will have to deal"

"I can deal, I actually didn't care but I thought you at least had a proper reason"

He smirked"So me not wanting to go just because isn't a reason"

I shook my head"No"

"Well most teenagers do that"he said to me as though he were talking to a child.

I narrowed my eyes and nodded"Yeah I know"

I heard the sound of the front door open and paused the show"I'm here"

I rolled my eyes and hushed her as she came into view"Mom is sleeping"

"Ok ok"she whispered"What are you doing here"she scrunched her face in disgust and looked Cameron up and down.

"I came to check on her"he pointed towards me ignoring her look.

She looked at me and I just shrugged she then returned her attention back to him"Well that was sweet but I'm here now so you can leave."

I felt Cameron's gaze on me but I was just into the show that I played once I knew that Kaitlyn was here.

"What time is it"he looked at her.

She checked her phone before looking at him"6:30 why"

"Yeah I'm not going home just yet."

Kaitlyn groaned and sat in between me and Cameron"why not?"

"Because my mom hasn't left yet."

She shrugged"Well when does she leave"

Cameron thought for a little"7. I believe"

"I remember when there was just me and my Netflix"I glanced over at them.

"Sorry to disappoint you sweetheart but I have a key so I can come anytime I please"Kaitlyn smirked at me.

"Remind me to change the locks"I muttered.

It's now 8 o'clock and Cameron still hasn't left. He wasn't hearing the end of the situation either.

"So what's happening now?"Cameron asked while Kaitlyn groaned.

"You're an hour past your time here, so leave."

"She found out that her real mom and her kidnapper mom talked on the phone"I said to him while continuing to watch the show.

"Well how does she know that and why does she care?"he asked ignoring Kaitlyn.

"Oh my Gosh! have you've been watching any of this right now... Her fucking kidnapper mom came to her house that's she's staying now to supposedly counsel her which her real mom set up but her kidnapper mom is in a disguise so she doesn't look the same and also when the kidnapper mom called she had an accent so the real mom didn't know it was her but the girl does because she can tell by her facial structure, and she freaking cares because her kidnapper mom wants to meet her real mom and the want to put her away."Kaitlyn said fast and in a hurry something she did when she didn't want to talk.
