Quinn arrived at the restaurant forty-five minutes late. If it wasn't for Simon's mind-numbing reminders and demands that she change into a "more suitable" outfit, she would've only been fifteen minutes late to their dinner.

She walked up the steps of the restaurant and stood right outside the big pink door. It looked like the seven dwarfs' house only many times bigger - and in pink! She noticed there were tables on each side of the restaurant but none of them were occupied.

Feeling silly for standing and studying the house turned restaurant for so long, Quinn decided to push the door  open, look for Luca and apologize to him for being late, go back to her hotel and finish the bottle of whiskey she opened the previous night

That is if you find Luca after making him wait for forty-five minutes. She shook her head and sighed; she really needs to work on her tardiness.

Quinn went inside and tried to look for the maître d' but couldn't find one, so she went ahead in the centermost part of the restaurant to look for her guide. She couldn't help but feel relieved to have found him sitting in the back part of the restaurant, slightly hidden by the bar that divides the inner and outer part.

Slowly, she walked up to him while thinking of how to best deliver her apology. Luca, sensing someone's arrival, looked up and smiled. Quinn reciprocated his smile.

"Sorry, I'm late"

"Hi, thank you for coming!"

They both said at the same time which made Luca chuckle; his edgy and hearty chuckles filled the whole back part.

Quinn, who was surprised to see his jolly mood, smiled and pulled a chair opposite Luca's but he stopped her.

"Let me"

"Thank you!" Quinn bowed her head. Ah, old habits die hard

Luca laughed.

"Sorry! Old habit."

"You know, the Japanese people are known for their punctuality." He teased.

"I'm really sorry, I was held up by something." She gave him the best apologetic look she could muster, "Let me make it up to you by paying for dinner."

"Don't worry about it. My friend's the chef here so dinner's on me." He winked.

"Oh"

Luca went back to his seat after she was settled and signaled for the waiter to take their orders. After their orders were taken, an awkward and brief silence filled their table.

"So, how was he?" Luca asked, breaking the silence.

"Hmm?"

"The person who caused your tardiness." He looked around. "I thought, since you're late, that he'd come with you."

Quinn looked away to hide her face from Luca since the memory of what Simon did to her earlier that evening made her cheeks burn and turn red. "He, uh- ehem.." she cleared her throat to try and clear her mind off, "He had to take care of a few things."

"But he knows you're meeting me here?"

She shook her head and realized that Simon didn't even ask for her guide's name and where she's meeting him. He didn't care that much, he only cared about what's inside your pants!

The tight feeling she was starting to feel between her thighs (caused by, well, Simon) was slowly  fading as she realized that Simon didn't ask anymore details about the dinner. He was too focused marking his territory to even care.
