Michelle sighed for the fifteenth time that day, pushing their purple hair with black streaks out of their warm brown orbs. Today would be a boring day. Mr. Mates, the social studies teacher, would torture them yet again.

Look on the bright side, they reasoned with themselves. Cheerleading tryouts are today!

You see, cheer-leading was Michelle's number one passion. It helped them tune out the sweet and pure things in the world. Ew.

Plus, the cheerleading uniform was beautiful. It was a completely black sailor suit that looked straight out of Sailor Moon. It had the shortest skirt they had ever seen.

So, once again combing their hair out of their face but more confidently than before, Michelle headed out their room's door.

They came downstairs just in time to see their brother trying to draw something. "CHILD!!" they screamed, snatching the ipad pro out of his hands. "DON'T USE IBIS PAINT ITS BAD!!"

He shrugged. "Okay. Why are you rushing?"

Lucas was a year younger than Michelle but was always doing dumb shit. It was a habit for him now. One thing he loved to do was tease his sibling about her best friend, Eric Northwesterland.

They blushed. "um, well." Rummaging in their head for an excuse, they blurted, "I have to get to school quickly so I can avoid Eric hugging me."

He looked at her skeptically. "Avoid. Riiiiight."

Flustered, they rushed straight out the door and ran to school, which was conveniently only 10 miles away.

Brown orbs looked around the campus for a certain someone, and frowned when they didn't find anyone.

All of a sudden, they felt something cling to their leg.

"EEEEEEK!" they shrieked. They tried to shake whatever it was off, but it clung on.

What am I going to do? they thought. I'm going to die!

Author's note:

i don't regret anything

sai did mostly the grammar and pronoun checking as well as adding a conflict... which is not a werewolf-vampire related thing btw. i'm updating tomorrow. (i have 1000 words finished and this is only 406 of them) That's why this can't be a stereotypical fanfiction, this one will have an actual plot and good grammar. At least I hope.
