"I just can't help but vocalise, Charlie! Will you mind if I do?"

"Not at all, Reese."

Things kicked off at that point, the oompa loompas were quite surprised to hear that one of the attendants were singing along with them. They thought she had picked up the melody of the song quickly.

That's a gift Reese has had for a while, but has never shown it unless she was in front of her mother. Picking up melodies and singing them in a short amount of time was her thing.

After the singing done by her, Willy looked at the young woman. . . what was meant to be a glance, turned into a stare.

And he was caught staring at her once again.

The second time was on the boat ride, when she was clinging onto him for dear life. . . and when he was spacing out.

The third, fourth, and fifth was when he saw her reaction to both the inventing room and the squirrel room. . . and her reaction to seeing the sparks in one of the candy rooms go around.

When little Mike Teavee started talking about candy being a waste of time, she jumped so quickly to Willy's defence. . while he stood there practically defenceless and flash-backing.

"Well guess what? Everything has a purpose. Candy is to please people, as well as video games are to please people too. Saying candy has no purpose is like saying video games have no purpose. Just be grateful of what you are seeing."

Willy can't say he wasn't staring at her when she was talking to his father. He was staring at her just as lovingly as he does now, and his father picked up on that very quickly. Just when she had to go to the bathroom, Mr. Wilbur Wonka stood next to his son.

"So that's little Reese Hershey, eh?"

"Yeah. . " The chocolatier sighed, his shoulders relaxing. To say that he was love-stricken was already an understatement.

"You seem to like her a lot." The dentist chuckled under his breath as he cleaned his medical tools. Charlie, who was there as well, turned from looking at photos and newspapers of Willy to them. He too had a smile on his face.

"He really does. He's told me before."

"Told you what?" Reese asked, coming out of the bathroom with a paper towel. Willy looked over at her with his face as red as it could be. He shook his head.

"Nothing! Nothing at all!"

Her eyes narrowed as she grinned at him. "Alright then."

His father chuckled once more.
