Abel sniffed upset as he walked into his room. Silas was not talking to him again. Silas stomped over to the bed and curling up on his side, not looking at him. Abel moved over and slide in as well. He snuggled into his brother, pressing his face against Silas' back and clutched tight. Realistically, Silas didn't hate him like it felt like, but lately, all they did was fight.

"Silas,"

"Yes, Abel?" Silas' voice was tight. He was trying very hard not to shout as his brother.

The day had been brilliant. Tyreol let them go for a walk, Mr Kayden accompanying them, to a courtyard. They didn't see anyone on the way, but Silas had been excited regardless. Being able to run and jump and climb and just be able to stretch felt like heaven to Silas.

Until Abel tipped up running after him. He had grazed his hand, a small and nothing injury but Mr Kayden had insisted they all go back to the rooms. Tyreol won't like it if he could smell blood on his pups. Silas yelled angrily grabbed a pillow and punching it as Abel shifted back slightly. He fused and slammed back down on the bed again, hugging the pillow he had just hit to his chest. He had just wanted to play where he could move. It was so restricted in the rooms, and leaving them released the tightness in his chest. Now it was back.

Not to mention, it sounded like Luke had done something dramatic again, and there was a new tribute and ... Tyreol wasn't going to let them out again for a while.

"I'm sorry,"

"I know!" Silas's tone was the same. "You always are."

"I love you," Abel whispered, a tear running down his face. He was fed up of always crying. Lately, he seemed to do nothing but.

Silas' back slumped before his twin turned over and tugged Abel against his chest. "I love you too," Silas held his brother as he trembled and cried into his chest. The sounds drawing up similar feelings in Silas. He sniffed too. "I want to go home." Tears swelling up in his own eyes. "I want to see Ma and Pa. I want to see the others again."

Abel let out a sob, nodding in agreement. "Me too," he sniffed. "I want to go home." He pressed his head against his twin. "I'm sorry you're here instead of being home." Silas was the only family member he had left, and he was causing him so much pain, all because of his powers.

"Hey," Silas butted their heads together, Abel wincing at the pain. "At least you're not alone." Silas gave Abel a brave grin despite his tears. The idea of his twin being on his own in a strange place was unthinkable. Even if he had been the choice, he would have come with Abel. His twin was still so dependent on him, needing to check that he was still around during longer lessons with Heilan. "I'm not going anywhere."
