I came into work late because of a doctors appointment I had to go to. Until I saw a guy pull his car up to the restaurant (David's Foodplace) The guy looked like Gordon Ramsay. He got out of his car and I went up to him to say hello.
"You must be Gordon" I greeted lending out my hand.
"Yes I am, and what about you?" He asked.
"My name's Evie" I responded.
"It's nice to meet you darling" We both shook hands. "Do you work here?" Gordon asked.
I nodded. "Speaking of this restaurant, my boss will be out here yelling at me anytime now"
Gordon furrowed his eyebrows. "Then why are you late, it's 10:00?" He asked checking his watch.
"I had a doctors appointment, for my HPV scan, to see if I had cervical cancer, and good news, I don't"
Then, David came out. "Evie, work, now!" He called out.
I rolled my eyes and bit my lip.
"Gordon, nice to meet you" David greeted.
"Nice to meet you too, what's your name?" Gordon asked.
"David, I'm the owner and head chef of this restaurant"
Gordon nodded.
Me, Gordon and David went into the restaurant. This is where Gordon's work begins.
