New Look

The next morning, I parked my car in the car park and saw Gordon. He was standing outside the restaurant.

"Hey Gordon" I smiled walking up to him.

"You can't go in" Gordon said stopping me.

I was confused. "What, why not?"

"It's a surprise" Gordon whispered in my ear.

That got my heart racing, I wonder what the surprise is.

Then, David walked up and greeted me and Gordon.

"You can't go in" Gordon said to David.

David scoffed. "Yeah right"

"David, listen to Gordon!" I said firmly.

David stopped. "Look, I'm already pissed off after yesterday, I don't need another bad day"

I rolled my eyes. "It's a surprise!" I called out.

David turned round to look at me. "A surprise, you guys aren't kids, you're adults, act like them"

I shook my head and sighed. There's no telling David what to do.

Gordon got in David's way. "Seriously, you can't go in yet, you either do as you're told, or I'll send you home!"

David shrugged his shoulders. "Fine"

A few minutes later, Gordon came up to me and David. "So, me and my team have changed the restaurant a bit, but, you're going to love it, follow me"

Me and David followed Gordon into the restaurant. When we went in, it looked gorgeous.

The chairs, were wooden and uncomfortable before, but now, they're comfy to sit on.

The wall had no design before, but now, it has a chandelier.

I love the restaurant's new look, but David, however, doesn't seem to like it.

"What have you done!" He yelled. "If you wanted to change anything, then ask me first, this is my restaurant!"

Gordon shook his head. "It needed changing anyways"

David furrowed his eyebrows. "You just don't get it do you" he said to Gordon. Then walked away.

I folded my arms. 'So disrespectful' I thought. Gordon needs to do something about this selfish man.
