Suna POV
Here i am at Cece's house sitting on the couch and listening to her sing and play the piano. Her voice is soft and soothingly gentle. She was singing 'Wake Me Up'
'Feelin my way through the darkness
Guided by a beating heart
I cant tell where this journey will end
But i know when it start
They tell me i'm too young to understand
They say i'm caught up in a dream
Life will pass me by if i dont open up my eyes
But that fine by me
So wake me up when its all over
When i'm wiser and i'm older
All this time i was finding myself and i
Didnt know i was lost
I try carrying the weight of the world
But i only have two hands
Wish that i could stay and try for the world
But i dont have any plans
Wish that i can stay forever this young
Not afraid to close my eyes
Lifes game aint for everyone and
And love is a prize
So wake me up when its all over
When i'm wiser and i'm older
All this time i was finding myself and i
Didnt know i was lost
So wake me up when its all over
When i'm wiser and i'm older
All this time i was finding myself and i
Didnt know i was lost and i
I didnt know i was lost and i
i didnt know i was lost
So wake me up when its all over
When i'm wiser and i'm older
All this time i was finding myself and i
I didnt know i was lost
So wake me up when its all over
When i'm wiser and i'm older
All this time i was finding myself and i
I didnt know i was lost..'
I clapped and cheered at her performance. She looked at me and blushed in embarrassment before singing a few more songs. Once that was over i grinned and gave her a high five.
"So what do you wanna do now?" she asked me. I tapped my cheek pondering for a moment. I cant do nothing too crazy since i have to take it easy on my currently healing ankle...Hmmm....
I clapped my hands together.
"Lets go to the Cafe! Its just a few blocks downtown." She thought about the idea for a moment before nodding. I just wanted some good tasting food and Aunt Mira serves the best. I also wanted to introduce Cece to her.
"Then we can have a nice walk on the beach while eating ice cream" i gasped in surprise and nodded my head rapidly with stars in my eyes.
"YES CECE!!" She giggled at my response and stood up heading for upstairs. I frowed my brows in confusion before following behind her.
"Why are we going upstairs Cece? Aren't we going to the cafe now?"
"Yes but we have to get swimsuits for the beach. I kinda don't want to walk on the beach in casual clothes just in case i want to catch a quick swim" I pouted.
"But i don't know how to swim. Nor do i have swim trunks." She stopped and turned around with stars in her eyes.
"You know what this calls for?!" Oh no. "SHOPPING!!" I mentally groaned before following her once again. "And of course I'll teach ya how to swim."
"First let me get my things" she says before walking in her room and closing the door behind her. I shrugged and went in the guest room that i stayed in for two weeks and walked over to the window. As i looked down at the streets i ccouldn't help but smile.
Is this what its like to have a loving mother? Cause if so i wouldn't mind having Cece as my mom. I just wish she knew my dad and my dad would fall in love with her and not that foul woman that gave birth to me.
"Suna! You ready?" i turned around to see Cece standing in the door way with her purse and and car keys in hand. I grinned and gave a her a closed eye smile.
"Yeah."
~At The Cafe~
We arrived at the cafe and sprinted inside but was stopped by a waitress. Luckily it was just my mother's elder sister Aunt Mirajane. I still don't understand how they are sisters.
When she saw us her mouth dropped in shock. So did Cece. Do they know each other?
