Raquel knew that something was wrong. While she was cooking dinner she didn't hear Paula even once, Sergio is studying a book about Palawans History. Like usual he had to know everything about the place he was living in »Can you go and check on Paula please?« she asks him. »Yes, just let me mark the spot where i stoped reading« He replies as he gets up and puts the book back in the huge book shelf.He gives her a soft kiss on the cheek while he walks past her and goes upstairs to paulas room. In these 3 years he built up a small father-daughter relationship towards the 11 years old girl and tried to do everything to make the little one happy in their beautiful home.He opens the door of the colorful girly room but besides all the dolls and teddies there is no one. »Paula?« He steps in but no sight of the little girl, slowly he starts to realise that her window is broken and the wall by the window is scratched up, he starts to have visions of men dragging her through the window and her holding on desperately crying for her mother. There was no other explanation because him and Raquel have been in the village to get groceries and Marivi isn't able to take care of anyone anymore, thats why they have a nurse for her. Raquel's heart starts to beat even faster and her hands become sweaty, she was nervous.»Sergio?« She walks slowly upstairs and stops imidiatly as she sees him looking at the horrible state of paulas room and in that moment she thought she could read the professors mind because she had the same visions as him. Fear, panic and horror starts to grow in her thin body and make her let out a terrified scream.Tears fill her eyes and her breath is uncontrollably fast »My daughter!!« Sergio instantly turns around and pulls her in his strong arms »Shh..Raquel.. Cálmate mi amor.." He whispers in her ear with a shaking voice to try and calm down his wife »Where is paula..?!« she asks him desperately while crying uncontrollably. »I don't know but we will find her okay?I promise« He kisses her forehead softly and her breath becomes even slower. They had to find Paula, they didn't know who kidnapped their little girl but sergio wasn't dumb. He knew that some people noticed that he was a millionaire and of course they want money for paula, he would do everything to see her healthy in her mothers arms again. Not only for Raquel but because Paula was one of the biggest chapters of his life, he was playing the father role. Something alberto never managed to do, and now it's time for him to let that instinct out. »We will find her..« he whispers into her ear and makes her sit down slowly on paulas cozy bed. Raquels eyes are filled with tears and her cheeks are soaking from all the tears she cried out of her eyes, not knowing what to do she sees sergio going into their bedroom and taking out the laptop with all the videos of the cameras around their house. He sits down beside her and pulls her between his arms to give her tender little kisses on the head. »Do you think their faces will be visible?« she asks him suddendly all serious, now she was the strict and cold inspectora that used to chat with the professor on the phone during the heist on the royal mint. He liked that side of her somehow, it reminds him of himself when he turns from a soft man called Sergio marquina to the cold and strict professor that used to focus only on himself and his plan. During the heist 3 years ago he got to know the other side of him thanks to Raquel, he knew that she brought out the good side of him, taught him to love and thats why they match so well with each other. »Stop there, i think i see his face« she suddendly says. He stops at the part of the video where the man is about to climb out of the video with paula in his arms, from the corner of Sergio's eyes he sees Raquel holding back her tears trying to keep a strict face. »Raquel..« He strokes her back softly and starts to focus the screen to the face of the douchebag that kidnapped their little girl. He knew that familiar male face..It couldn't be true.Not him. Raquel gasps,»Suarez!?« She gets up and starts walking up and down through the whole room. »How did they find us?« she asks Sergio desperately. »I don't know Raquel..I brought you here with a private plane.Did you tell Angel where you leave?« As an answer she shakes her head to say no. She knew who's trick it was to get her back to europe and get arrested by trying to save her daughter. Alicia Sierra, the one bisexual inspectora that used to have a crush over Raquel during University. There was nothing more than cuddles and small kisses coming from Alicia's side but she knew that Raquel would never respond to her gests and crush over Ortigoza instead. »I know who planned this.« She feels Sergio's questioning face expression on her back. »Alicia..Alicia Sierra.«
Timeskip:
Two days have gone by since the night Raquel's princess got kidnapped. During the days, the Professor called the band and invited them to Berlin's secret monastery in firenze so the police woudln't find them all on one spot. Sergio didn't remember the cold breeze of europe and either did Raquel. How should they? They lived in Palawan for over 3 years now where Christmas is being celebrated on the beach whilest the sun is shining endlessly against the paradise that they call home. The professor always hated the sea, but since the love of his life found him after a whole year of waiting he couldn't love the place he was living in more bc he knew that she made that place beautiful in his eyes. Swimming fully clothed in the sea, kissing while the sun is going down and cooking on a old boat.. He couldn't imagine his life any better but he knew that even paradise doesn't last. Now he is trying to do his best with his team to recuperate his stepdaughter back from the mean claws of the spanish police. All of them sit down, he made the room look like a Classroom, here he was again. The professor that would teach his students to make another one of the biggest heists in history work out perfectly. This time not for their own needs, but for revenge.
