"He has awful mood swings. That or he was just messing with you. You never know with him." Zayn laughs, after I told them about Harry's random outbursts yesterday. Everyone chuckles and nods in agreement.
"What's so funny?" Harry asks, sitting beside me. We all quickly wipe the grins from our face and shake our heads. "It was obviously something." Harry raises an eyebrow.
"We were talking about," Niall stops, looking around for help.
"Chicken! We were talking about the chicken that the patients have to eat. Louis said it looked like ass." Layla spoke quickly. We all gave her an uncanny look. Chicken? The first thing she thought of was chicken?
"You all are odd." Harry looks at us all, his eyebrows knitting together. I shrug and shove food in my mouth to keep me from saying anything.
Everyone chatted among each other as I sat quietly getting lost in my thoughts. I've been here for a month, maybe two, and so much has happened. Harry and I went from enemies, to friends, to maybe a bit more. I don't know how to feel about it.
I obviously like Harry, quite a bit actually. But, I don't know how it is exactly he feels. I know he feels something for me. I'm not sure how much he feels for me though.
I'm pulled out of my thoughts by Harry's hoarse, restricted voice. "Addyylyn." His warm breath fans across my ear. I feel his hands slowly creeping up my thighs. He gently nipped at my earlobe. I sucked in a sharp breath. He pulls away. "I got your attention. Good."
I flutter my eyes open and find everyone's wide eyes and Harry's smug smirk. "We have to go to room 2194, a patient has blacked out." He speaks slowly.
I let out a shaky breath and nod slowly. He grabs my tray and grips my hand in his. Once we're out of earshot from the rest of the group I decide to speak. "Harry, what the fuck was that?" I growl, frustrated at his sexual acts.
"Don't act like you didn't like it, Addylyn." He winks and eyes me. He leans down and quickly pecks my lips.
We prance into room 2194 where a frantic nurse looks fearful. "Doctor Styles! Thank God. I don't know what happened." The young woman speaks. Her eyes skim me slowly and turn back to Harry.
"He just blacked out Lana. Calm down. We've got it from here." Harry sighs and shoos the woman out of the room. Harry looks over the man's vital signs. A quiet groan escaped the mans lips. Harry's eyebrows furrowed and he quickly scrambled to the man's side.
"Ah, you're awake. You blacked out, Mr. Dupree. You look fine to me. All your vital signs are normal. Addylyn," Harry turns to me. "Call Doctor Payne, please."
I quickly page Liam as Harry and I walk out of the room. Our shift was over and we finally were able to go home.
"You aren't on call, are you?" I ask Harry.
He smiles and shakes his head. "No ma'am."
"Alright." I said awkwardly. "So, uh I was wondering.." I trailed off slightly.
"Wondering what?" Harry's amused stare didn't go unnoticed.
"Can we talk about, um Allison?" I stumbled over my words. Harry's amused look soon turned into a hateful glare.
"No." He snapped. "Why should we talk about her?" He demands, scowl taking over his beautiful features.
"I don't know, Harry. Forget it." I rolled my eyes, climbing into my car and slamming the door. Harry's head hangs low, and he visibly sighs. He leans down and knocks on my window as I start my car.
He motions for me to roll down the window, as to which I begrudgingly comply. "I'm sorry I snapped." He says lowly. "What do you wanna ask me about Allison?" He asks, forcing a smile.
"I forgot." I tell him. I really did, actually. He chuckles and rolls his eyes.
"Alright. Well, I'll see you tomorrow. Okay?" He grins. I nod and he then reaches his lips to my own and they linger there for a moment. He pulls away, but moves his lips to my ear. "I'll text you." He whispers and winks when he pulls away.
Such innocent words, spoken so inappropriately. I throw my head against the back of my seat and let out a felicitous sigh. I backed out of my parking spot and drove home.

Harry's POV
"I don't know, man. It's weird. I thought she was so similar to Allison, but she isn't. She's so different. But, I love it." I tell my good friend, Ed.
"Allison was exceptional, mate. But, Addyylyn sounds lovely. You can't keep pushing her away and shutting her out because you miss Ally." Ed says softly. He has a fond smile and a beer in his hand.
"That's what I've been trying to tell myself. You're right. Thanks, bro." I give him a small smile and we both order another round.
