Hello, readers! If you're here, that probably means you've finished reading The White Sheep's Disguise. I hope you enjoyed it! At the end of my works, I like to include what I call, 'Character Art Chapters'. These chapters include what the character looks like to me, in my head. I look for real people or pieces of art that closely resemble these characters I created, or pick apart pieces that might pertain to their features.
In this chapter, I will focus on Marie Rithorne, our quiet and well-mannered Luminary. Marie may not always know how to stand up for herself in the face of danger, but she cares for everyone she meets. I wanted to go for more of an 'innocent' look for her character; that is the first image of her that came to mind when I started developing her character while planning out this novel.

I'm not a huge fan of 'face-claims' because I like creating my characters from scratch instead of basing them off of celebrities. But when I discovered Anna Von Klinski, I was shocked by how much she resembles Marie.

This one reminds me a lot of Marie's facial features. Not so much the hair and eye color, but I feel as though her character has a certain sadness to her face, even when she isn't trying to convey that emotion.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the artist of this beautiful piece, but their watermark is in the corner so I hope that is enough.
I can make a strong case for this artwork looking like Marie as well. The nose and lips are dead on, and the overall softness of her face reminds me a lot of Marie's features :)

I absolutely love this artwork. There aren't many I've found that resemble Marie's 'elf' features, including her pointed ears. It's really an adorable piece. Her hair closely resembles this, as well. Mainly straight, but after years of living in Gudgeon Village, is knotted and slightly unkempt. But the perfect length!
