"Nah that's you, you ain't even have to go that hard for Labor Day" i said.
"She was dead for the 4th" Uncle Dede said.
"She making up for lost times" Uncle Stunna laughed.
I bit my lip to keep from laughing.
"Gone and laugh, you just like yo' damn uncles" she said.
"Uh uh, they fake. I don't mess wit' em" i said.
"You love us" Uncle Stunna said.
"I ain't worried 'bout shit. She gone call me when she wanna smoke and go out to eat" Uncle Dede said.
I rolled my eyes, butI knew he was right.
"Stop smoking my daughter out. Y'all the reason she is the way she is" ma said.
"Hold on, what you tryna say?" I asked feeling offended.
"Nigga shutup, we used to smoke you out too" Uncle Dede said.
"Yo' mama was a real junkie. She could smoke all night with us" Uncle Stunna said.
"And you still a junkie, Khalick" she said.
"On 4 keep calling me Khalick and we gone have a problem" Stunna said.
"Aight Khalick" she said.
He just walked away and we laughed.
"Take my picture" Ma said.
Uncle Dede looked up at the sky as he smoked his blunt.
"I'll do it" i said.
"Thank you, JAY" ma said being petty.
"Shid, that's what you got kids for" Uncle Dede said.
"Say cheeeeese" i said.
"Ja'lynn take the fuckin' picture" she said making me laugh.
