Earl is a happy person when he met a lot new people in his life. But, little did they know something is growing on his heart. When it's kept on growing, he could have a painful chest pain and could be a threat to his life. His condition have to be taken care seriously, even a little amount of poisonous substance given to him, it could end his life.
He hide this because he doesn't like to be given sympathy. He just kept on smiling, he doesn't like to show his sadness. He really love a positive society, and through that he just kept hiding his pain because he don't want people around him cry just because of him, he just wants everyone to keep on smiling and never stop being happy. Other than that, he likes to make a positive community a even better positive community. He never stopped doing good deeds.
