When somebody reverts to a child-like state of mind, often as a coping mechanism for things like depression, PTSD, anxiety, and many other mental disorders. Often times having or referring to a caregiver as 'Mommy' or 'Daddy', age-regression is not a kink or at all related to sexual intercourse at all.

🌻You do not have to have a specific age range
🌻You do not have to have a mental illness to regress
🌻You can call your caregiver whatever you want
🌻Age Regression is NOT ddlg or related
✨You do not have to cater to anyone else's standards of little space or age regression, you do what helps you and makes you feel comfortable! Everyone regresses differently and whether you need a caregiver or not for that is no one's business, don't let anyone make you feel your little space is less valid or important.✨
