Chapter 4

Pulling up to the school Snow climbs out of her car has it began to rain, lunch and most of Snow's classes were uneventful. Like Alice said most of the kids had started ignoring her though some kept pestering her about Bella but she ignored them.

To her disappointment band tryouts had been cancelled, something about the rain and sleet. Groaning she slumps away, she had hoped to be playing but whatever there was always tomorrow.

As she made her way out she stopped beside Alice and looked around.

"What Emmett late again?" She asks, noticing Edward and Rose out already.

Rose smirked "You know how he is, to much of a social butterfly."

Snow giggled as she looked around the parking lot, spotting Isabella watching them again. she was about to turn away when one of the student's car came barreling around the corner out of control.

Yeah Snow and Isabella may not like each other but she didn't wish death upon the girl, she was about to rush over when she was stopped by Rose. Looking back she saw Edward had done the one thing Carlisle asked them not to do, draw attention to themselves.

"What the hell!?" She cried out.

Jogging to her car she saw students clamor around Bella to see if she was ok, hopping in her car she drove to the hospital on the way calling her father.

"Dad there was an accident in the school parking lot."

"Is Bella ok?"

Snow stopped half way there, Rose's car behind her. Did he just really ask that? What if it had been her? What if that van had almost hit her instead?

Shaking her head she sighs "Yeah maybe, she's headed to the hospital I'm almost there." She mutters.

"Good, I with her now sense you can't seem to keep an eye on her."

Shaking Snow actually crushed her phone, she tosses it the passenger floor and keeps driving. She didn't want to hurt her own car. Climbing out Rose said she would meet her inside, nodding she walks in meeting up with Carlisle.

She explains everything as she enters the E.R.

"I heard the Chief's other daughter was here." He smiles.

Snow stays behind, watching her father before slipping out of the room. Rose and Edward were already there arguing, rolling her eyes she walks up to the male vampire and smacks him upside the head.

"What the hell were you thinking?"

He looks to her "What was I supposed to do let her die?"

"This isn't just about you, know! You could have jeopardized the rest of the family..."

Snow stops when Carlisle says they should take the conversation to his office, turning Snow glares at Bella.

"No one likes a spy Isabella!" She calls out.

Bella when to say something when she saw Edward "Can I talk to you?"

Rolling her eyes Snow, Doc, and Rose walked away. Snow shaking in her shoes, Rose put a calming hand on the girl's shoulder who finally calmed down.

The next days was either Edward creeping on Bella or telling Bella in not so many words to fuck off. Snow began to ignore the weird love fetish they were having with their eyes.

"So I'm going to the bar tonight outside of Forks, was wondering if ya'll wanted to go." She asks.

Rose smiles "You know we'll go."

Snow growled at Bella and Jacob walking on the beach, she had patrol before singing that night. Some vampire clan was around making trouble and she wanted to make sure they didn't come near Forks anytime.

But Bella flirting with Jake just to get information about the Cullens was pissing her off, he was telling her about the legends and sometimes wish he knew. But according to Billy it wasn't his time. She growled before back into the shadow of the trees and bounding home to get dressed.
