hi guys! I'm back woooo!!! so lately I've been having A LOT of different spread ideas and I've been planning a lot of my spreads out.
this isn't exactly a 'KPOP' idea but it's something that I plan to add to my journal and that is... a mood tracker. I find this idea so interesting and something that would be so nice to look back on.
there are two main types of mood trackers; a monthly tracker and a yearly tracker. I'm sure I don't need to explain and I'm not the best at explaining but I'll do it anyway.
a monthly tracker is where you track your mood for the full month and then when the next month comes, you draw a different mood tracker for that month. For example, at the end of December, I would draw my January mood tracker and fill that out for the full month and then when January is over, I would draw out my February mood tracker and continue that for the rest of the year.

a yearly tracker, in my opinion, is much more simple and less time consuming however most people tend to do monthly trackers more because of the cute little themes you can. A yearly tracker is where you draw it out for the full year and fill it in every day for the full year instead of redrawing it every month.
you can't do 'themes' with a yearly tracker but if you're someone who is a busy person but wants to keep a track of their mood, this one is probably for you.

now as you can see, you need keys for your tracker. Some people prefer to keep it simple and have 3 keys which are normally just :) or :| or :( but if you're like me and you like to have a lot of variety, you can add as many as you want (just make sure they're different colours obviously).
