Chapter 3

(Eren's POV) 

That key Mackenzie was holding...it looked exactly like mine but it had aged over time. She looked at me and hugged me as if she was going to lose me. I hugged her back. "If what you said is true, then that would mean you're Eren's future descendant." Hanji said. Mackenzie looked at the Captain. The Commander kneeled to both of us and welcomed us to the Survey Corps. Levi sat next to my granddaughter and threw his arm around her. Somehow, that made me feel angry and want to separate Captain Levi from Mackenzie. She blushed and looked at her hands. 

'Great, the Captain has the hots for my future granddaughter-wait why am I suddenly angry at this?' I thought to myself.

(Kiara's POV) 

I was sitting next to Armin and Mikasa at dinner. I was really worried about my friend and the two noticed. "I'm sure your friend is okay. She's with the Captain." Armin assured me. "My name is Armin Arlert and this is Mikasa."  "I'm Kiara...Arlert...hehe." I nervously said and they looked at me as if I were crazy. "Hey beautiful." I turned to see a blonde teenage boy who was trying to hit on me. He looked muscular and he's a bit taller than me. He wrapped his arm around my waist and I couldn't help but blush at his actions. 

"Reiner, what are you doing with a woman who's a little old for you?" A tall slender boy asked. "Kiara, how old are you?" Mikasa asked me and I replied, "I turned 18 a few months ago." Armin removed Reiner's arm from my waist. "What do you think you're doing to my cousin like that?" He asked. 'Oh, I get what he's doing...' I thought and decided to play along. The boys introduced themselves as Reiner and Bertholt. 

After dinner, I bunked with Mikasa. "Kiara, what does your friend's titan form look like?" "I haven't seen it yet." I replied.

(Mackenzie's POV) 

Slap! 

Eren woke me up by slapping the back of my head. "Ugh, seriously? It's too early." I groggily said. "Well get up anyways. Levi's expecting us soon." He said and I got up immediately. "Levi's expecting us?! Why didn't you say that sooner?!" I yelled at him as I changed into my uniform. I fixed my hair and straightened it to where I like it. Eren got dressed and we headed to where Levi was at. 

We arrived at the stables where we mounted on horseback. I noticed a red head girl walking towards me. "Hi there, I'm Petra, Petra Ral. I really like your uniform." She said. "Aw thank you! I'm Mackenzie, Mackenzie Yeager." I said. 

(Author: Okay, let's get one thing out of the way. Petra in this story will not be all bitchy towards Miss Yeager. My head canon is that Petra sees Levi as a fellow comrade. Now back to the story!) 

Levi's Squad, Eren, and I rode our horses to an abandoned small castle base. "Wow, this place is a mess." I said and I heard Levi chuckle. I whipped my head towards him and he looked away. I shrugged it off and Levi ordered everyone to cleaning the place. I was with the Captain in an upstairs room. I took off my jacket and tied it around my waist and revealing my black tank top underneath. I started cleaning the windowsill when I felt arms snake around my waist. I squeaked and saw Levi. "L-Levi, what are you doing? You caught me o-off guard." I stuttered. "Mackenzie, why do you do this to me?" He whispered in my ear. I blushed red. He turned me around to face him and saw my red face. "W-w-what did I do?" I asked like an idiot. 

(Levi's POV) 

She's even cuter when she blushes. But  there was something I needed to know. "Tell me, have you ever kissed anyone before?" I asked. "No." She replied. I leaned in kiss her and then...

"Captain, I'm done with the-What do you think you're doing?!" Of course, the brat had to ruin the moment. I stopped and looked at Eren. "What do you want, brat?" "Uh I'm done with the basement, sir." He said. "Tch, I'll inspect your work." I said and I kissed Mackenzie on her cheek and I went inspect the brat's handy work.

Later that night, Hanji showed up and wanted to discuss titan related shit. I wasn't in the mood for it so I picked Mackenzie up as she were a princess and walked out of there, leaving Eren all alone with Hanji. The rest of my team followed shortly after.
