Chapter Nine: Facility

AN: You have chosen right, I hope you are happy with your choice.

As we ran down the right corridor, the lights flickered more and more as the facility was under a massive threat. We reached the bunker and as the door slammed shut I noticed it was only me and Afton inside along with the other scientists and smaller subjects...

Suddenly the speakers turned on.

"HAHAHAH!" An echo of evil laughter went all around the room.

Both me and Afton ran down the corridors of the bunker as the bunker door broke open behind us, a shadowy creature dripping with a liquid walked in. It was the five subject, he had red glossy eyes dripping with the black I.N.K liquid from floor B in the dangerous virus department.

This, was the time we discovered the true nature of this virus and what it was REALLY doing...

"Hahah!" Five laughed manically in a similar way that omega did.

We kept running as fast as we could, the subject was attacking other scientists who failed to run fast enough. I quickly grabbed Afton's arm and dragged him into a secret compartment area of the bunker where supplies were stored, the subject walked past the door, it was covered in dark crimson blood with black ink flowing from it's eyes like tear stains.

All we could hear was the faint screams of people throughout the bunker, I walked over to a control panel to switch the lights of the room on.

I quietly closed the compartment door and turned to see Afton sat on the ground in deep thought.

"We don't have much time until they find us here." I warned him.

"Then what do we do?" He asked.

"I say we try to sneak back into the main laboratory and attempt to take back control." I suggested.

"No! That's too risky... How about we just leave this place as fast as we can?" He retorted.

The speakers turned on again...

"You can run! But you can't hide! HAHAHAH!" The laughter pierced through me.
