I sligtly opened my eyes only to see Finn holding holding me in a car. His shirt was bloody and his jacket was on my stomach. He was crying

He saw that my eyes were open and he looked at me.

"G-GUYS! SHE'S AWAKE!"

Millie was right beside us so she held my hand and said "Everything is going to be fine just calm down."

"Y/n please..don't die.." Finn said while crying

I looked around and saw everyone staring at me eyes worried, eyes full of tears. Everything was blurry and I felt extremly weak.

"Y-Y/n you can do this, you're strong and t-tough" Jack said

I slightly smiled and looked back at Finn. I tried to say something but I didn't have the energy to say much.

"Finn.." I whispered

"Yes?" He said

Everything went black again

~Finn's pov~

"Y/n?"

She didn't reply.

"Y/n?!"

Again, no reply

"Y/N?!"

I shaked her a bit, she wasn't waking up.

"SHE ISN'T WAKING UP" I yelled

I felt the car go faster. Noah looked back at Y/n and whispered "Please..Y/n... don't leave us.."

I hugged Y/n tight and pressed my jacked against her wound so she wouldn't loose any more blood.

(If you're wondering who was driving the car, it was Natalia. Millie called her. Since she knew that by the time the ambulance got here Y/n would be dead cause of the blood loss, there was traffic everywhere and Natlaia was close to the carneval.)

Everyone was crying and was worried. I couldn't let Y/n die, I just couldn't.

~Millie's pov~

We arrived at the hospital, Finn carried Y/n inside. They took her in, they wouldn't let us visit her until the surgery was complete.

Once we were in the waiting lounge Finn broke down crying.

"I'm so stupid, I should have came with her..It's my falut" Finn said

"Finn, it's not your fault, there's no way you could have known this would happen." I said and patted his back.

He sobbed and then wiped his eyes.

A couple of hours later

They finaly let us visit her. Finn rushed in and sat by her bed.

"The surgery went well, the only problem is she is in a coma." The doctor said

"When is she going to wake up?" Noah asked

"We don't know" The docrot replied

Finn started sobbing and he grabbed Y/n's hand

Noah also started to cry and I gave him a hug and patted his back.

"It's okay..let it out.."

I also started to cry.

~Finn's pov~

The doctor said that it was past the time for visitors to visit the patients so we had to leave.

Natlaia told the Duffer what happened. Next day on set I saw Y/n I ran up to her to hug her but then she turned around. The girl looked like   Y/n, but she wasn't Y/n.

She was Y/n 's replacement. I missed Y/n and her dirty jokes. I missed her embarrassing moments. I kept blaming myself.

I visited Y/n every day. I visited her 74 days in a row to be exact.

Next day

It was morning. I got up and ate breakfast, Gaten and I chatted in the kitchen for a bit, then I changed into my clothes and we all went to our uber.

Millie and Saide were telling us bad puns which made me feel a bit better.
When we got to the set I changed into my Mike Wheeler costume. I chatted with Gaten and Noah and then afterwards explored the set with Caleb. Noah managed to get stuck.in a chair. Again. Joe and Charlie spilled juice all over the floor and on my shoes. We were all laughing that day, I was still sad but these people made me feel like everything was going to be okay. After shooting some scenes Millie and I pranked Saide with a fake spider.

I saw Y/n 's replacement in the corner, her name was Kyra. She was shy, and noone wanted to talk to her. I came up to her and we chatted for a bit. She was nice but very quiet.

We were done with the shooting, I said bye to everyone and went to visit Y/n. On the way there a bunch of paparazzi were taking pictures of me and asking questions. I ignored them and continued to walk down the street.

I entered the room and saw Y/n laying there. A bunch of flowers were on the table next to her bed.

"Hi Y/n, it's Finn."

She didn't reply. I sat by her bed.

"I miss you, everyone does.. and I'm sorry that you had to go through this..you never deserved for this to happend to you.." I said and took her hand.

I then grabbed my backpack and pulled out a plushie she won and gave to me.

"I still have it" I said and sniffeled.

Then I just sat there and looked at her hoping she would evetually wake up.

Then Gaten called me

"Hello?" I said

"Dude where are you? Everyone is at the house" Dustin asked

"At the hospital."

"You still visit her, don't you?"

"Yes, yes I do."

"You love her Finn."

"Mabey I do." I said and hung up.

"Sorry, Gaten called" I said to Y/n

The radio was on and I heard "City boy" playing.

"I know you like this song, you would sing it every night back in Vancouver, I would hear you cause you were so loud. And you knew all the lyrics."

She didn't reply.

"I am a City boy~"
"You are a City girl~"
"Dating the City tool~"

I closed my eyes and a tear dropped down. 

I felt her hand gently squeeze mine.

"I am a City fool~" she said in a weak voice looking at me.
