Physically: When you need help, ask for it. You shouldn't feel embarrassed or dumb because you choose to ask for assistance. Know your not alone.

Emotionally: But if you get to the point where you constantly ask for help, and nobody assists you. You realize who really more and more who actually there for you to help. Then it's sad when you helped many people every time they asked you for help.

"Nah it's cool, if you were really sorry you wouldn't apologize you would of done something to help me but apparently your one of those made me realize who really got me and who don't"

....stop right there, just disappear don't say nothing and that person will sooner or later realize what could have been done. So do better and show them how's its supposed to work when it is absolutely necessary. You'll most likely feel better when you help someone. And think I'm doing because that's exactly what I want in return.If nothing's change just keep it moving to force nobody to do nothing if they clearly don't find the interest in doing so.
