"Hmm...Mal...daughter of Maleficent..." Hades muttered, before his head jerked back back in rude shock. "Did you just say, daughter of Maleficent?" Hades stared at her, and Mal moved uncomfortably, the metal chains clanking as she shifted her foot, "Yes, why?"
"No reason why. I just..." Hades stumbled over the words he should use, and Mal saw him fumbling with his ember, before he accidentally dropped it. Stretching her palm out, Mal snatched the precious artefact before it hit the ground, and instantly, the ember sparked to life in her palm with the little bit of magic she could use.
What was going on? Mal didn't know. Looking to Hades for some reasoning as to how the rock could've just burst into flames in her palm, Mal realised that the old God was also staring, stunned, at the blue rock that was now glowing in her palm.
"My ember...it only works for me......and those in my bloodline." Hades gasped, and then it hit Mal. Hades was her dad?!

"C'mon guys, a little bit more!" Carlos trudged ahead, exploring, and Evie was having a hard time avoiding the mud. She was smarter to wear flats this time round, but the dirt proved to be almost too much for her to handle.
Harry was running on the mud as though it was flat ground, and Evie face palmed. If she had to pick the most disastrous hobby that was common between Mal and Harry, it was running in and splashing mud everywhere.
"Guys! I see a cave!" Harry yelled, and Evie nodded, before she tapped Jay's bicep to signal for him to walk faster. Together, they slowly headed towards the cave, which seemingly was where Mal was, with the beeping sounds going crazy, and it sounded like the detector was going to blow up.
As soon as they reached the dark cave, it suddenly lit up, just in time to see a grey figure towering over a certain leather clad purple hair girl, who was shackled to the wall.
"Mal!" They yelled, glad to see their friend, when they paused in rude shock as Mal opened her mouth, and she greeted the grey figure.
"Dad?"
