Mina POV
It's late and I'm just arriving here to the new Shake and Bake spot. Kam talked to me the whole ride since Amber ain't answer. I see all these police cars and ambulance. This was a rough neighborhood. It made me who I am but it's no way I want my kids here. I go in and sit down and admire the place despite how it has changed completely. Where the hell is leech. I've been here for 10 mins now and don't see him. Let me call...I walk out because it loud in the restaurant. The police have cleared out and no answer from leech. When I say I'm super annoyed, I mean like seriously!!! I order my food to go. I ended up stay at my moms house since she's about 20 mins away. Leech ass is crazy. Ima curse his ass out.

Next Night... amber house
rock: bro what's yo. We good?
Meen: not really.
Rock: holla at me before the girls get down here.
As Meen is about to explain...Kam walks in.
Kam; hey y'all. Lid said roll up.
Rock: bet.

About 30 mins later.
Mont: Mina forever late lol
Rock: always lol

Mina walks right in in a rush.
Mina: hey y'all... *hot and sweating*
Amber: hey sis
Mina: what I miss
Kam: nothing we just sat down
Lid: you hot?
Mina: yeah I was rushing. All the traffic
Amber: from your house
Mina: naw I stayed at my moms house last night cus I went to that new spot where Luckys use to be.
Amber: ohhh that new burger place, damn I wanna go try it
Mina: it's good. I just went to her house to get some rest. It was like 4 AM
Rock looks at her funny. He leans over towards her with a serious face. She looks at him
Mina: relax. I met up with leech but his ass dipped out.
Amber: leech stay doing that smh lol
Meen: okay...SOOOOOO
.....

Meen breaks down everything for everyone and they're all in disbelief, well not really.
As they come up with a plan...Mina steps away to take a call.

Mina: hello
Christina: there was a killing last night, around the way.
Mina: wait by the new burger place
Christina: yes.
Mina: I was there..I mean there at the restaurant that's crazy. Police was deep
Christina: they got Leech.
Mina: where?? Who tf he kill? I gotta talk to him, I'll call you back. Let me call the jail.
Christina: no Mina. Don't do-
Mina: wym
Christina: he was killed. He was shot. Crossfire.

Mina drops the phone and freezes, leaning on the kitchen island..

Kam turns around and notices...she gets up
Kam: Mina you okay? ..MINA
EVERYONE LOOKS
Rock stands up and walks to her. He sees tears in her eyes. Just falling non stop.
Amber: what's wrong.
Amber picks phone up because she hears Christina.
Christina tells her what happened and she starts crying.
Meen: baby what is it. Mina. Amber. Say something.

Mina stumbles on her words as she cries.
Mina: leech is dead.
Everyone is in shock.
Mina falls down and rock picks her up. Amber and Meen go upstairs.

Kam: what is happening. The devil is near. God please help us. 

Hours later Mina is at the loft with rock. She has t said a word. She gets to from the bed. Rock comes to her side and hugs her tight.
Mina cries...
Mina: he didn't deserve it. I should've gotten there earlier. But I stopped at—
Rock: don't say that.
Mina: he was waiting on me....it's my fault.
Rock: Chasmina. Sit down. It's nothing you could have done. Here, my mom is calling.
She grabs phone and breaks down. Rock mom Luna is praying over Mina on the phone. She needs prayer.

Next week
It's the day of Leech funeral and he's laid to rest. Amber and I, paid for his funeral arrangements. We sent him home beautifully. My prayers are with his family. I can't help but to feel responsible. My heart is aching. I'll miss my friend. Amber and I have been staying at each other house. I've been praying. Faithfully. God, I'm sorry. Leech I'm sorry. My first friend. My first boyfriend and my first headache lol. He was a true friend even when he was crazy.
