I ran through the door so my dad wouldn't notice me...good he was unconscious on the couch with several beer bottles surrounding him. I ignored him and went out.

"Wake up you fatass!" My dad yelled. I got up and groaned and he slapped. I could feel the sting in my cheeks. I quickly charged out the door. I quickly ran so he could not catch me.
