I was beyond excited to be going to this party. Here I was riding in a limo with my best friend, dressed to the absolute nines, and going to a place where I didn't have to worry about constantly looking over my shoulder. Looking around the limo, I noticed that it pretty much had everything. It had some of the best speaker systems which was always a necessity. The interior of the vehicle just screamed elegance. With gray leather seating along with ambience lights, I couldn't help but marvel. The absolute best part was the layout of snacks all along one of the sides of the vehicle. The buffet consisted of some of my favorite snacks, including pretzels, fresh fruit, and Twizzlers. Jennie knows me so well I thought as I popped a grape in my mouth. I was in desperate need of a good time and this party was going to by my escape. I had resulted to cleaning our headquarters everyday just to give me something to do, and I hate cleaning!
As I stared out the window, watching everything speed by, I was amazed at the beauty of Seoul. I mean sure, it's a bunch of buildings, but the way those buildings were lit up and reached towards the sky was mesmerizing. They varied in colors from light blue hues to royal purples to even blazing oranges. The night sky blanketed the city in darkness, however with the hustle and bustle of the city, it practically looked like it was the daytime. The streets were filled with people living their lives, and I couldn't help but smile. Just seeing all the multitude of people going on their daily life brought a strange warmness to my heart. I had gotten into the hobby of people watching if I felt particularly lonely. I always loved watching families, more specifically ones with small children. Just seeing the innocence radiate off of the tiny tots while their parents looked on them with love always put me in a good mood. I craved for that kind of parental love. Sure, Yoongi was my older brother, and I even had Jin who I had always seen as a father figure for myself, but it just wasn't the same.
If only that accident hadn't happened, I thought. I hadn't even realized I put myself into a trance until I felt Jennie tapping my shoulder. "You ok Y/N?" Jennie questioned worriedly. "You're doing that thing again where you space out" she continued. "I'm fine" I smiled softly. This is not a time to feel sad, I'm going to a party for heaven's sake. Just after I had finished my thought, the song on the radio caught my attention. "OH MY GOSH IS THAT POST MALONE HECK YA!" I yelled as I cranked the current jam up.
The rest of our car ride consisted of Jennie and I belting out the lyrics while laughing hysterically at our screeches that were erupting from our mouths. I hadn't even noticed we stopped due to us doubled over laughing hysterically. Once we finally regained our composure, we stepped out of the vehicle with the help of a servant standing by the curb. We said our thanks and walked up the marble staircase. I couldn't hold in my excitement as Jennie led me to where the party was being held. Jennie opened the door and what I saw made me drop my jaw to the floor. "Let's go" Jennie squealed as she pulled me in to the ballroom.

The party, I must say, is an absolute blast. The music was amazing and the Zeus's spared no expense on anything. From the tiny crystal cups holding our drinks to the acrobats swinging from ribbons above our heads. I think I even overheard someone say the confetti was gold, like actual pure gold. The crystal chandeliers all twinkled like stars on the ceiling and I couldn't help but be amazed. This is the kind of party you go to once in your life, and here I am in the midst of it. I tried to soak it all in before Jennie pulled me onto the dance floor.
As the night wore on, the party became more club like. Jennie and I were enjoying ourselves being in the middle of the huge mosh pit that had formed. The lights were all turned off, except the neon spotlights coming from the DJ himself, who I must say is spitting some sick tunes. The air became heavier causing sweat to form on my brow. But I don't mind, because this is the kind of dancing I live for. It allows you to just clear your mind for once and just go crazy. I look over my shoulder to see Jennie making out with some hot stranger and I can't help but laugh. I continue to dance for an hour before I made my way out of the massive grind session.
I stand off to the side catching my breath and munching on some sushi. Holy crap this is good I happily think as I begin to people watch again. Jennie had to leave to attend a private meeting with her parents and another client, leaving me alone, which I didn't mind too much. I know she'll come back once the meeting is over, so I don't worry.
A roar from the dance floor snapped me out of my daze as I looked up. A small crowd had gathered around the center of the stage, cheering something, or someone, on. I made my way over to see what the fuss was about and saw a boy about my age dancing so well with the music it was if they were one in the same. The way his hips snapped at the time of the music and the way his feet moved quicker than lighting was incredible. It looked as if he was in his own little world. His sweat gleamed against his neck as he continued to amaze the crowd. How's he look that hot with all that sweat I thought as I couldn't look away. It was as if he had this power on me causing me to be entranced.
I was so mesmerized by him I didn't notice the song had ended and he had walked right over to me. He reached his hand toward my face and pushed my mouth closed. Oh my word I didn't even know my mouth was open I was so impressed by his dancing. I gave myself a small pep talk since he was legitimately the most gorgeous man I had ever seen. Why would you have your mouth open, oh my gosh this is so embarrassing. Wait, why does he smell so good skksdjjd get yourself together Y/N! Just try to act normal in front of this perfect specimen.
"You know you might catch flies if you keep your mouth open like that!" he said while laughing. His laugh is like music to my earsI thought. The laugh itself seemed to hold all of the happiness in the world and I didn't want it to stop. "Uh uh...I'm sorry I didn't mean to stare! You are just so good at dancing I couldn't help it!" I said sheepishly.
He laughed his beautiful laugh again and replied, "No need to be embarrassed, if anyone should be embarrassed it should be me, I don't think I have ever talked to, let alone seen someone as beautiful as you are." I could see a small amount of blush under his mask and could feel my face burn too. "Oh, stop half of my face is covered anyways!" He took a very large step towards me. My heart died. "I just have a feeling" he whispered and smiled childishly.
Is this man the literal sun?! His smile could literally blind a man. "Now come on my mysterious beauty! Let's go dance!"
