We quickly sat up and looked around. My adrenaline started to kick in and my natural instincts started to flare up. Before I could really do anything though, Mang put his hand on my head and pushed me down so that I wasn't able to be seen. However, I also couldn't see anything, so I had no idea what was happening. I tried to resist, but he was just too dang strong. I looked up at him with a questioning gaze, only for him to reply with a "it's just a precaution." What in the world does he mean by that?

He looked around but wasn't able to see anything. Once he saw that it was safe enough, he loosened his grip on me so that I was able to look over the rail, only to see nothing, as if nothing had happened at all. I don't even know where the source of the sound came from and my curiosity was killing me, but I knew I wouldn't be able to figure it out while Mang was around.

I looked down at my watch and saw that it was almost 4:30 am. "Mang" I whispered. "What is it?" he said. I showed him the time and he understood what I was getting at. It wasn't like I wanted to leave, it's just I knew that my brother like to wake up before 6 am to get some work done, so I knew that if I wanted to get back to HQ before he woke up I had to leave pretty soon.

We snuck down the back and went to get our bikes. I had my back turned to Mang as I went to grab my helmet. Two strong arms wrapped around me and Mang leaned his chin on top of my head. "Meet me here tomorrow at midnight?" he quietly asked. "Hmmmm... only if you buy ice cream for us this time" I replied giddily. He gave me a tight hug. "Of course Luna."

A twinge of guilt ran through me again. I want to tell him my real name... soon I thought. But can I trust him? I turned around in his arms and gave him a hug. "Text me when you get home?" I asked. "Yes, and you do the same." He gave me a quick kiss on my forehead sending butterflies through my stomach.

I geared up and got loaded up onto my bike. Before I left, I heard Mang shout my name "Luna! Just to let you know, you riding a motorcycle, that's hot as heck" he smirked. He then winked in my direction only to push his visor down and rev off. Good thing it was dark out, otherwise he would have seen my face turn into a deep crimson. Seriously, what is this boy doing to me?

I stopped my bike about a half block away from HQ, in fear that the noise would wake someone up. I pushed it the rest of the way and hid it back into the bush. When I made sure it was properly covered, I snuck back up into my room just to flop down onto my bed. I closed my eyes for a second when a ding from my phone was heard. I glanced down at it to see that Mang had texted me that he had arrived back home safe. I replied, saying that I had made it back as well. We said goodnight, and I turned my bedside lamp off, welcoming the sleep that was overtaking my exhausted body.

-Meanwhile-

In the south district on a small street one can come across a brightly covered graffiti of a snake on a brick wall. The serpent winded itself around the entire wall, and looking out as if it were staring at your very soul. If you push in the brick that has a snake eye on it, a stair case is revealed on the other side of the wall.

As you look, you see a small man in black scurrying down the steps into a large room. You'd also notice that he is frightened. His knees are buckling underneath him and his voice his shaky. He approaches a large man seated in a leather seat. His back is towards the small man. The scared man clears his throat trying to show a little bit of confidence, "Um sir. Do you remember recently when one of our sub companies was hacked into?"

A grumpy voice from the other side of the chair huffed out "yes, what about it?" The man shuffled his feet closer to the dark oak desk and said "Well we ended up tracing it back to an individual but not who she works for." "She?" The gruff voice replied, intrigued. "Yes" the man said "and we ended up finding her at a 7/11 with... uh with..." he stammered, clearly frightened at how the man at the desk would respond to the information he was about to convey.

"SPIT IT OUT I DONT HAVE ALL DAY" the large man yelled. The servant squeaked before replying "with someone who we believe is from the Panther gang sir!!!"

The whole room, filled with agents working on tasks and making small talk, froze. Everyone looked over at the chair. The man slowly turned around and stood up. "You mean... that gang who gave us trouble all those years ago?" He said slowly. "Yes... I'm afraid so..." The servant said. There was a long, dreadful silence. It was almost worse than if the boss were to start yelling... almost. "Tell me... Agent...?" "89 sir. Agent 89." "I want to form a team and find them. Is this girl pretty?" he questioned with a sick glint in his eyes.

The room was filled with a cold silence as another victim was chosen by him. Agent 89 didn't answer, his stomach becoming physically sick at what his mind was imagining of what would happen to the girl. "WELL?!?!?" he yelled. "Y-yes sir, she is beautiful" 89 replied. "In that case, maybe she can become a valuable asset for us, especially when dealing with the Panther gang. I want an observation team out in 4 hours trying to find anything and everything about her, and what her connection is with the Panther gang, understand?!" the man ordered while turning back around in his chair.

Everyone quickly went to follow his orders. As much as everyone loved the money, a good chunk of them didn't like how they got it. A lot of these men had daughters or wives and it hurt them to see these girls treated the way they were. But everyone knew that if anyone were to speak up, not only would they be put at risk but their loved ones as well. The Vipers weren't always involved in this, but after a change of leadership, the new boss, under the code name Van, made a lot of changes. No one knew where he came from. He was rumored to be a former Viper yet no one knew his true identity. Many good men died in that rebellion.

One time Van messed around and got a lady pregnant. She then gave birth to a child. She and another Viper, who helped her escape, planned on telling the police and using the baby's DNA to track the father down. Van did everything he could to stop them and killed them all in a "car accident." No one survived, not even the child. 25 years later, and Van still didn't regret what he did. He was in power of one of the biggest gangs and he absolutely lived for it.

"Well well well... let's have some fun" chuckled Van as he was beginning to think of a plan for the girl and the Panthers.
