I don't know how to explain this

What is green
Has a spleen
Has no eyes
And eats French fries

I think it eats pickles
And listens to Joe Nichols
Maybe it goes to the beach
It's probably not a leech

I've never seen it before
It's not part of any lore
You won't find it in a book
I guess you'll just have to look
