alice was a party animal. she was wild and always hard to control by her parents. she was always out late, and never listened to their rules. she always had good grades, but a bad attitude. she had a younger sister in fourth grade and tried all that she could to be a "good sister" for her but she couldn't stand her father at all. he had slept with one of her friends mothers and she found out from her friend discovering him leaving her house one night. her and kelly are really good friends, and have always been since kindergarten. she met harry at a party their freshman year and have been friends ever since. her and harry always had a flirtatious relationship, but nothing really serious until all the adults go missing. she stays with kelly, but once she starts hanging out with will, alice turns to harry and they become closer and confess their feelings towards each other after a while.

after they get back to their town and discover everyone gone, alice feels alone. she can't stay home alone. she stays with friends every night—especially kelly/harry. she felt like it was her fault, that she wasn't a good daughter after a few weeks. at first, she's throwing parties with harry and drinking and partying like wild. towards the end, she tries to better herself and become a different person. she changes up her attitude and kelly helps her. harry is against it at first, but he eventually gives in because he's in love with her.
