frida is a play-on word of freedom— which is what she's all about. she thinks justice is the most important thing, next to family. her and lexa were super close, which was how she found out about skaikru. at first, she didn't care for them all that much but when everyone found them as a threat, lexa made her go undercover and spy on them. when bellamy goes on a hunt one day, him and his group find her naked in the forest (above gif). they think she's with them, but bellamy says that they wouldn't abandon their own so they took her in and helped her. she picks up on all the things they do and her and octavia become friends. clarke is very wary of her, but finn thinks differently. frida helped save octavia, which bellamy thanked her for with letting her stay in their camp.

extra:
it is not love at first sight. frida has no intention of staying there for long, but after a few weeks she starts to take a liking toward him. every so often, she sneaks out to Polis to tell Lexa everything. the first time, no one notices, but the second toke she does it bellamy notices she's gone and waits for her to come back. at this point, he likes her a lot and hopes for something between them. frida, however, does not know anything about relationships (sort of like malia). she has no filter but is also very hard on herself. she always thinks of things she could have done better. once bellamy finds out she was a spy the entire time, he takes it hard and cuts off all communication outside the wall unless advised by him.
