Eccedentesiast.
A word to describe someone who hides their pain behind a smile.
Someone who tries to pretend they are okay, but in reality they are suffering.
Someone who knows they are all alone in the world.
And they can only trust themselves.
Voice recording #1:
"Izaya Orihara is seen as a cunning man. He is seen as someone who blinds others from the truth for his own personal gain. Everyone sees him as an evil being; someone who lurks in the shadows to wait for the perfect opportunity to strike. He is seen as a predator. Someone who 'loves humanity'.
He's seen as a dangerous person.
Izaya is just the opposite of that.
He is always alone. He has nothing else to do except for observe others.
He cannot love anyone because he's never experienced love. His parents divorced when he was very young, and he was mentally scarred as a child because of the abuse he got from his father.
His sisters hated him because of how he seemed to be insane. They would repeatedly tell him to die, even if they didn't mean it. Izaya took it literally though.
Because Izaya didn't know how to love, he didn't know how to tell his emotions apart.
Because he didn't have someone to love, he decided to ignore every other feeling inside of his body. He would act empty.
One day, he met a young girl. She was the nicest person he ever met. Both of them were very fond of each other, and they would spend the day with each other. Sometimes, they would even skip the school day in order to go to an arcade or a restaurant.
Both of them never had fights with each other. Besides, they were each others only friend.
Izaya thought he had finally found love. He cared for the girl with all of his heart.
He felt something.
Then, the girl left him.
He had nobody to love anymore.
Since he didn't know what else to do, he started to observe others.
He tried to copy what others would do when they were in love.
He wanted to feel that emotion all over again.
He wanted to have someone to love.
He wanted someone to love him.
But that never happened.
Because of this, Izaya decided to project his unused love to every human on the planet. He would love to see them suffer just because he wanted them to feel how he felt. He wanted them to feel the fake love he had been given by that girl.
He started to hate humanity. His love was just a way he was able to entertain himself.
He slowly became depressed; even if Izaya would never admit it, we all knew.
His twisted logic would make many others scared of him. If I remember correctly, I think I was the only one who truly understood his intentions. He didn't understand what love was, and I couldn't blame him for that. All I wanted to do was to protect him. I wanted to make sure he wouldn't be heart broken again.
So I confronted him.
I talked to him, and we slowly became good friends.
We were all we had throughout middle school and high school.
I only regret one thing.
But that one thing made Izaya feel love again.
It might not have been love at first sight, but I saw that feeling Izaya had talked to me about in his eyes when he saw that person. Izaya felt that burning passion of love again.
But this time, he wanted to hide it.
He didn't want to show them how he truly felt because he thought they would reject him. To be honest, I don't blame him.
I feel sorry for him. He doesn't know how to love properly.
He hides his emotions by creating barriers.
But with this one person, it's like he always wants to be with them.
Even if he has to pretend to hate them.
I don't know why I'm documenting this. If I'm honest, I think I might delete this after I'm done speaking. I just really think that Izaya should open up to them. I see a connection between both of them. It's like they even each other out in ways that I didn't even know was possible.
I'm sure that with time, Izaya can learn to love again with this person.
The reason is because love is a broad type of feeling. It can express in different ways. The way Izaya expresses it is through violence. He constantly pretends to hate the person, but I can see through his barriers. After all, I've known him since middle school.
This person Izaya likes is hard to talk about. I don't really know why Izaya likes them, but that's something for another day. What I do know is that Izaya has a hard time expressing his feelings. Izaya doesn't know the difference between right or wrong.
I want to somehow match make them, and I'm using other people's help. I'm working with Erika, Walker, and Kadota to help me with this. They all were hesitant at first... well except for Erika, but they all agreed. They all know how Izaya acts, and I'm sure they want to help him as well.
Of course, this is probably not the best plan with Erika and Walker, but I've also tried to get help from Izaya's younger sisters. They told me a bit about him, and I think with enough information from both of them, I can help Izaya to love once again. I don't want to see the fake version of him anymore.
I don't know what I should call this operation, but I think it's a good idea. With the help of Erika, Walker and Kadota, I want to be able to get Izaya a boyfriend.
Maybe with some help from my darling Celty as well.
Who knows. This idea can either go amazingly, or terribly. Even if it goes wrong, I have a backup plan.
But my one motive is to see Izaya as himself again.
Sure, it might sound weird, but I think Izaya and [REDACTED] will make a great couple!
Besides, Izaya really likes [REDACTED]-"
