Name: Well. It changes, depending on what body they end up in. If their body is male, then their name is Ozul, meaning 'shadow', and if their body is female, their name is Zella, also meaning 'shadow'. Or if they're feeling lazy, they just say they're called The Shadow. Although, in more recent times that has changed.
Gender: once again, depends on the body they get.

This is the regeneration that saw Gallifrey fall. He was still relatively young at this point, at 300 years old. He's had regenerations before this one, but I'm too lazy to make them all, plus the app I use is really limited. Anyway. Yeah. "How did he escape Gallifrey?" I hear you ask. Well, here's the thing. He didn't. Not in the original timeline, he didn't. But in the timeline that was created in Day Of The Doctor, things went a little differently for him. Because he was in her own TARDIS at the time of the Time Lock, it didn't affect him, and he was able to escape.
Personality: Bitter about the whole ordeal, he turned to the darker side of life, making a new name for himself - Ozul, which meant Shadow. Hee is not anything like the other remnant of the Time Lords. He is harsh, he is cold, and he is ruthless. Quick to anger, and not afraid to cause wreckage, most species try to avoid his wrath. The Doctor may be the Oncoming Storm, but he is a hurricane. He rages on and on, never stopping. Where the Doctor goes, there is hope, but where The Shadow, his self given title, goes, there is fear. He will stop at nothing to get revenge for what happened.
Weapons: Well, he has a sonic screwdriver, but it's not really a screwdriver. He managed to modify it to become a sonic gun, of sorts.
2nd Regeneration:

"There's a lot of things you need to get across this universe. Warp drive... wormhole refractors... You know the thing you need most of all? You need a hand to hold."
This is his 4th regeneration after the Time War, now at 536 years old. In total he's now had 9 regenerations. While he's still bitter about the Time War, he is now less resentful. He is calmer. He is learning to forgive. But that doesn't mean he has forgotten. While he was a hurricane, he is now like the aftermath of one. The wreckage left behind. A shell.
Personality: While he is calmer than what he used to be, he's still extremely prone to mood swings, and still very quick to anger. This regeneration isn't as ruthless, and while he's still very capable and very willing to wreak havoc, he prefers to try and do anything that he dies do quickly, to prevent anyone from feeling the pain that he did during the Time War. He's a little more kind, as well. It's rare, but on occasion, instead of letting anger get the best of him, he'll try to talk things out. He'll try to keep things peaceful. But, if that doesn't work, they better be ready for a whole world of regret.
Weapons: Still the Sonic Screwdriver, but he modified it again, so it's back to how a sonic should look.
3rd Regeneration:

7th regeneration after the Time War. She's certainly calmed down, that's for sure. Her dangerous past isn't completely behind her and she still reverts back to that state every now and again, but all in all she's a lot more at peace than she was.
Personality: This Regeneration is a lot more at peace with everything, all things considered. Now she's more willing to let things go. Sure, she still has her moments but she's getting better at controlling her anger. She's a lot more jokey that his last regenerations, and clearly a lot happier, and she can often be found just drifting around in space with her TARDIS, just watching supernovae or nebulae, as she finds it calming. She's a better woman.
Weapons: She's pretty sure that a Sonic isn't meant to be a weapon, but she uses it as one anyway if the need arises.

Other: While they know who The Doctor is, they currently have not met. They have seen each other around though, and although Shadow knows who, and what s/he is, The Doctor, well...s/he only knows of their existence. The Doctor doesn't know that there's yet another Time Lord out there.
