Nathan's P.O.V

Any good news Alex?  I asked one of my tracker who's assigned to find the person I really wanted to see.  I was already impatient.  Even me, I can't find him. I should have find him before this year will end.  Every year ends I felt that I disappointed myself again. I was an Alpha of the strongest wolf pack and part of me telling that I can't do good anymore for my personal motives .

Not yet, Alpha Nathan.  But we've been looking every possible clue we have to track where he is hiding. " Alex replied with assurance in his voice.  Alex is the best tracker, he can easily find whoever I ask him to find.  But this one,  he's getting into my nerve. 

"Okay,  tell me as soon as you have any clue even if the smallest clues you have." I asked him with my voice that always held a command. 

"Understood Alpha.  " he answered which I also imagine he bow.  Even if we were just talking through cellphone.  My people respect me that much which I am really proud of, because it only shows how powerful I am. 

After the incident about that "scent of my new mate" between I and Wena and Coleen I tried best to avoid them not wanting to open again that topic. 

Mate.  Should I really deserve another one?  What if she was also hurta and died.  I don't know what to do anymore if ever that happens again.  So the best solution is to avoid her, first avoid on thinking what she really look like and it's Fuck!!!! I cannot even get her scent out of my fucking mind . I held my hair in frustration.  My wolf is not even bothering me to insist about finding his mate probably also disappointed of my desici not to look or find our mate.  There's so much to think than that. 

I stood up from my office chair and make my way to the balcony while my hands are in my pocket.  As I was standing in my balcony, I can see the whole pack territory.  The big ground, my people,  children playing,  adults talking and the teenagers who's training ready for every war.

"If you are just here with me Andrea.. Maybe I can be a total happy man. A father and your mate..  " I speak to my self.  "I really miss you..  And I truly love you.  I promise that I can give you the justice that you deserved.  " after my little conversation to my self I lead my way to the door and went to kitchen where I met my mother who's helping our cook to prepare for the lunch. 

"Hey mom..  " I greeted her and kiss her cheek. 

"Oh hello handsome, wait a minute the lunch is almost done. "she said. 

"It's okay mom.  Any way where's Wena? " I asked here.

"Well she's preparing for the venue for the party and can you please come with me later in the town?  There's a lot of things I need to buy and I need that big muscles of yours to carry those things and Coleen wants to come too so you can babysit her while I was busy picking up things. " she explained to me. I just give her a nod and smile for my agreement.  Well,  there's nothing I can do if my mother asked me a favor.  I just love her that much. 

"Can I go to the park grandma?  Coleen asked my mother who's both sitting in the back of the car while I was their driver of course. 

"Yes you may darling,  maybe you can just wait me there with your uncle just don't go far." my mom said. 

"Yes grandma.. " she said in happy tone. 

"I will just call you Nathan when I'm done so you can pick me up. ' mother told me while we were parking in front if the grocery store.

"Yes mom.  Just be careful mom.. " I remind her when she was about to got out if the car. 

'Of course I will Nathan besides I know you also had assigned people to secretly watch us here.  ' she replied with a smirk on her lips.  I just smiled back at her.  She really know me well.  As an alpha's mother I know that I should also need to mind her safety from my enemies intentions especially with those werewolves hunters who keep of searching us.
