More often than not, Yiren wished that Aisha came with a caution label.

Don't get her wrong, Aisha wasn't a person to stir up drama, or willingly get into trouble for no reason. She was super easy to get along with, great to be around, and was overall one of Yiren's favorite people on the planet.

Scratch that, Aisha is Yiren's favorite person. Of all time.

But on a particular Saturday night, Yiren wasn't expecting for Aisha to suddenly explode in anger.

"It's just a party," Seoyeon said as she applied tiny rhinestones around her eye area, Yiren's sitting behind her on the bed and just watching. "No need to be nervous."

Seoyeon was right, and Yiren knew it, but she's never been to a party before. Besides birthdays and other holidays, ones that were tame. But this party was a college one, with college students. Not only would she be surrounded with complete strangers, but she would have to act older than she actually was to fit in.

"I can't help it," Yiren mumbled as she kept wringing her hands.

Seoyeon let out a hushed curse as a rhinestone fell, and she bent down to pick it up. "There's nothing to be worried about, Yiren. As long as you stick to me or Aisha, you'll be fine. Promise."

Yiren nodded, trying to calm herself down. Everything will be fine. As long as she was with somebody she knew, she should feel safe. Maybe she could even convince Aisha to leave early. And if that didn't work, she could stand outside or sit in the car until Aisha was ready to go. Yes, Yiren could do it!

Yiren realized there would be no "leaving early" once they arrived to the house the party took place at. Aisha's friends had split up into three cars and arrived at around the same time. Almost as soon as they entered the house, the group gravitated towards the kitchen, where bottles and cans of different kinds of alcohol were stored in coolers and in the fridge. Yiren's face fell as she watched Aisha open a can and down half its contents in one go as loud music and yells from other partygoers surrounded them. Aisha then let out a yell of her own and pulled Yiren out into the living room, where at least two dozen people were dancing.

This was probably the worst idea Yiren has ever went along with.

It was loud, hot, stuffy, and incredibly humid in the room. Yiren was practically clued to Aisha's side as the taller danced with a few of her friends, still holding her drink in one hand and the other wrapped around Yiren's petite frame. Yiren was grateful for that much, because if Aisha just abandoned her out of nowhere, she'd probably cry.

They were there for maybe ten minutes when Yiren somehow lost sight of Aisha in the crowd of people. The younger whipped her head around and stood on her toes, looking for the only person she trusted. It didn't help that she was short and there were also a lot of tall people at the party.

Yiren huffed and squeezed her way through the bodies of people, trying her best to not shove anybody back if they bumped into her. Someone had even spilled some of their drink on her, and she scrunched her nose at the putrid smell. She managed to run into a drunk Seoyeon in the hallway, and tried to pry information out of her.

"Aisha? I-I don't know where *hic* where she's at," Seoyeon managed to get out.

The redhead giggled as she leaned against the wall, a girl that Yiren has never seen before smiled and wrapped her arms around Seoyeon. Yiren didn't want to leave Seoyeon with a stranger, but the two seemed to know each other pretty well, so she continued on her quest to look for Aisha.

She ended up in the backyard, where people played beer pong and other alcoholic games that Yiren hasn't seen before. Frowning, she did a quick look around to confirm her tall friend wasn't there, then turned to walk back into the house—
