Gillian clicks on her conversation with herself, waiting to see what her double self or whoever was going to say.

Glancing at her curser she realizes that she had typed a few random letters, it was waiting for her to send.

Taking a shaky breath she looked back at the message.

It had changed.

The message was back to normal. Exactly as she had sent it.

* Sooo bored *

"T-that can't be right..." she mummers to herself.
The message had changed.
She knew it had changed, didn't it?

"What was that dear?" Gillian's mother inquired well sticking her head back into the living room.

"Nothing mom, I'm just going crazy that's all." Gillian replies still in a bit of a daze.
"Okay Gill, that sounds nice." her mother says in a kind of distracted way.

Her phone made a ding noise which made Gillian jump and chuck her phone across the room.

"Well don't go breaking stuff!" Her mother scolds.
Gillian picks up her phone

*What r u doing on this lovely Saturday my dear Gillian*

-Will

She let out a sigh of relief but examined her screen closer and realized she had cracked it.

Well I'm brilliant she thinks to herself

*Making sure my mom doesn't burn the house down while she makes, or attempts to make lunch. That and chucking my phone around*

*Well my girl you are luckier than me at the moment, I am hiding in my room from Matty who is at the moment spazzing out in the kitchen because the band he likes came out with a new album*

-Will

She was about to tell him about her little freak out with her messages but decided against it, she didn't need him thinking she was crazy.

Boyfriends aren't usually thrilled with crazy girlfriends.

She texted him a little longer, nothing real important.
Just random nonsense.

That's the great thing about Will. You could talk to him about any random topic even if it has nothing to do with anything that was going on and he wouldn't even think twice about it.

*I g2g, Matty is making me take him to some weird new movie that's out. See u at school, ily*

-Will

Matty was Will's 14 year old brother, he was basically a copy of Will only shorter and scrawnier.

They had the same shaggy dark brown hair only Matty's was nearly shoulder length, Will's was just bellow chin length but it was curly so it bounced up quite a bit. Both of them had light blue eyes that had tints of green in them. But there personalities couldn't be more different.

Will was popular, really liked going out to parties. He likes all sports and is very competitive in them, and his grades were over all okay.

Matty hated being around a lot of people at once and kept to himself most of the time.
He didn't really like sports, he was more into music and reading, and in school he was a total genius. Always had an A on every test, every assignment that he ever did.
He was a real geek when it came to sci-fi movies so that was mostly likely what the movie he was making Will take him to was about.

She smiled down at her phone, but then frowned.
The screen started blinking white. Random dots started to flash around the screen making her eyes hurt.

"What in the world..." she murmured under her breath
She phone screen went blue after a few seconds more of the flashing.
Gillian tried to turn it off but none of the buttons were responding to her command.

Gillian walked into the kitchen to see her mother making, or well burning, lunch. The victim of her mothers cooking seemed to be grilled cheese but she could be wrong.

Whatever she had been mixing before had been discarded to the side.

"Mom there is something wrong with my phone. Its going bezerk." Gillian said sliding her mother the phone.

"Have you tried turning it off?" She said with out even taking her eyes off the burnt meal she was preparing.

"Yes and you didn't even look at the screen! Here." Gillian shoved the device into her mothers hand.

"You did throw it at the wall you know, but yes that is strange..." her mother trailed off.
"I would just leave it for now, check on it later see if the screen thing has stopped."

"And if it doesn't?" Gillian asked adding more announce to her voice than she intended to.
"Then we can get it looked at."
Mrs. Carter said in a tone that told her daughter she was done with the conversation.
"Okay," Gillian said sheepishly.
"I burnt lunch, do you want some" her mom was gesturing to the blackened toast sandwich thing on the grill. "No thanks I'm good"
