Backstory: The first time Typhon fought against the gods, they escaped to Egypt. Venus and Cupid, jumped into the Nile where a fish guided them to safety by urging all the other fish to split into two groups: one group swimming downstream and the other group swimming upstream. In this way, Typhon was unable to determine which direction the two gods escaped, and for her involvement, he cursed Pisces to remain physically weak and as passive as the river.
