---Justine's POV---
~December 12th, 2020~After Black Friday, Ro went back to L.A. for a couple of weeks. I stayed behind so that I can save money on travelling back and forth. I admit, the bed was lonely without her, but we did face time every night. Not the same though. When I go to sleep, I hug a pillow because I am so used to hugging Ro. I just miss her too much.
Today, Ro comes back to Pittsburg and I couldn't be happier. On the phone three days ago, Ro told me that she and I needed to discuss something. I admit, I am kind of scared of what she wants to talk about.
"So?" Jenna asked. "Excited to see Ro again?"
"Yeah," I replied. "Why wouldn't I be?"
"You look pale." Jenna stated.
"She said she wanted to talk to me." I stated.
"Oh no." Jenna stated. "That doesn't sound good." I looked over to see a small figure walk out. I knew exactly who it was.
"Ro!" I cry out. I started running over. Ro perked up.
"Justine!" Ro called out. She ran over to me, arms open. I grabbed her and spung her around. I put ker down and kissed her like I haven't kissed her in years. It did feel like I haven't kissed her in years. We pulled back.
"I missed you." I stated.
"I missed you too." Ro replied. I grabbed her hand.
"So?" I asked. "What was it you wanted to talk about?"
"Let's go drop my luggage off," Ro stated. "And go for lunch. I'm starving." I looked over at Jenna, who gave me a nod.
At a local diner, I sat down across from Ro. We ordered our drinks and waited.
"So babe?" I asked. "What is it? What's wrong?"
"The Food Network contacted Abby during Thanksgiving." Ro stated. "They want to have me host a baking competition show."
"Really?" I asked. "Why do you have to discuss it with me?"
"I have a one year contract." Ro replied. "This involves us potentially moving to New York City for half the year."
"Oh." I stated. That was all I could say. I'm afraid of how it will affect our relationship. Ro, sensing my concern, reached over and grabbed my hands.
"Justine," Ro soothed. "It's up to you babe. You can come with me if you want, or stay in L.A." I sighed. I'm not sure what I want. Ro's my girlfriend. I want what's best for her. However, I don't want her moving back and forth between cities and I don't think I can handle moving around so much. I can't make her choose between me and this potential show. Do we stay together? Break up? Make it long distance fifty percent of the year?
"Chocolate Chip," I stated. "You should do it. I just need to decide what I'm going to do."
"What do you mean?" Ro asked, with a bit of scold in her tone.
"I mean," I stated. "If I go with you or do I stay in California. We're obviously staying together..... Right?" Ro hesitated for a moment.
"We have till March," Ro stated. "We'll figure it out." I nodded.
Later, that night, Ro and I were laying in bed. I was twirling her hair while she slept. I don't want to break up. I love Ro. I'm not sure what I want to do though. I wrapped my arms around Ro and kissed her forehead. I eventually dozed off.
---Ro's POV---
~November 30, 2020~I knocked on Abby's apartment door and stood out there. What did she want that I had to come back to California for? Abby opened the door.
