Where Two Roads Meet

First day of school

I woke up in my bed. Nash must have carried me to bed. I turned off my alarm. I heard someone walking down the hallway. I quickly laid back down a pretended to be asleep.

Nash walked in and sat at the edge of my bed. He shook me lightly.

"Babe, its time to wake up." I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I probably seemed calm on the outside, but on the inside I was doing backflips.

"Hey beautiful. Breakfast is ready when you are." He said. I nodded and smiled. Nash hugged me then kissed my forehead.

I got up out of bed. I went to my closet. I pulled out what I was going to wear today. I pulled out a navy blue t-shirt from Hollister. Nash threw me the pants he wanted me to wear. He picked out a pair of short shorts. They had white lace on the end of them. I smiled. They were my favorite pair of shorts. I picked out some fancy sandals. Nash smiled and crept up behind me.

"You are way to slow. Hurry up." I smiled. All of a sudded I was picked up and thrown over his shoulder.

"Put me down Nash, right now!!!" I yelled at him. He laughed.

"I told you to hurry up. Should have taken my advice." He said while laughing.

When we got to the kitchen I saw everyone there, except Emily and Hayes. Really, she is always awake before me. Then I heard screaming. Then came in Emily. After her came Hayes. I smiled. She ran away from Hayes.

"Stop!!! Hayes I mean it. Quit tickling me." She said to him. Cameron got up and let Emily in the seat beside him. Hayes stopped and looked at her.

"Thats cheating. You cant use Cameron to hide you." Hayes said. She laughed and smiled. She grabbed Shawns plate and started eating.

"Hey, thats my breakfast. Get your own." Shawn said to Emily. She smiled and shook her head.

"Mine now. It has my germs on it." She licked all of the food.

"You're gross." Shawn said. She laughed and nodded.

"I know." Cameron laughed at her.

"Hey, we should go to the mall. It is spring break." Cameron asked. Emily and I groaned. The guys looked at us weired.

"Whats wrong? You dont like the mall? We could go to the board walk." Nash said. Emily and I groaned more. They got confused. Emily and I finished our food. We stood up.

"Have fun without us." I said.

"Why aren't you going with us?" Hayes asked Emily.

"We have to do some school work online while we are down here. Mom said we had to." Shawn groaned.

"I forgot, I have to also." He stood up and walked to his room.

"We can wait." We nodded and went to go do our school work.

I woke up to Hayes shaking me. I smiled and got up. He smiled back.

"Breakfast is ready." He said. I nodded and walked to my closet. I picked out what to wear. I chose a red crop top from Hollister. Then I pulled out a pair of blue jean short shorts. I the picked out my red Vans. I started walking out of my room when Hayes poked my side. I giggled. He smiled. He poked me agian. He started tickling me.

"S-s-top Hayes." I said between breaths. I kept laughing. I screamed as he poked my side agian. I started running

"Come back babe." He said. I ran towards the boys. He was standing across from me. He ran towards me. Cameron got up. I sat down.

"No fair. Thats cheating. You cant use Cameron." I smiled and stole Shawns plate of food.

"Hey thats mine." Shawn said. I giggled.

"Not anymore. It has my germs on it." I licked all the food. Shawns face looked sad. Poor baby.

"Gross." Shawn said. Cameron laughed at me.

"Hey, want to go to the mall?" Cameron asked. Ashton and I groaned. We had school work. Yay, not.

"What, dont like the mall? Maybe we could go to the board walk." Nash said. Ashton and I groaned louder.

"Whats wrong?" Hayes asked.

"We have school work online. Mom said we had to." I said. Shawn groaned.

"I just remembered. I have school work too." Shawn said.

"We can wait." The boys said. We left to go do our school work.

I finished my school work in an hour, thanks to Cameron. It was so confusing. They were using numbers and stuff. Okay, that made me sound stupid. It was huge numbers. Thats better.

"Thanks Cameron. That would have taken hours." I said to him.

"No problem." He said. I smiled and pushed him out of my room. I needed to get ready for the board walk.

I got in the shower to freashen up. When I got out I braided my hair. Then I got on my clothes. Then I headed to the living room

The boys were watching tv. I walked to the kitchen. I got some Advil and a glass of water. I hate algabra. When I walked in Cameron laughed at me.

"You really have a headache from algabra. Reall Emily. It was not that hard." He said. I starred at him. The boys laughed at me too.

"It is when you got pulled out of school in 8th grade." I said before I could stop myself. They starred at me. Only people that knew what happened was Hayes, Cameron, Shawn, Matt, and Ashton. I didnt want to tell Jack and Jack or Nash and Carter yet. Thinking about it almost made me cry.

"What happ-" Nash got cut off by Hayes.

"Nothing happened. Her mom just pulled her out." Hayes told them. He knew so much. I told him all my secrets. He knew about almost everything. He knew I was battling depression. The others came in. They stopped when they felt the tension in the room.

"Um lets go." Shawn said. The tension went away sooner than I thought it would.

Hayes grabbed my hand as we walked towards the board walk. He smiled at me. He then gave my hand a reassuring squeeze. I smiled at him. He then kissed my cheek. I blushed. He smiled and poked me, I giggled. Shawn looked back at us. He saw our hands and shot Hayes a death glare.

We saw Ashton and Nash walking together. He had his arm around her waist. Are they dating? I guess I will ask her later. I grabbed my phone and took a picture. I posted it to twitter. My caption said, 'I ship them. #Nashton'. Her phone went off. She looked at it. She laughed and slid it back into her back pocket.

So school was okay. I kept thinking about what happened at my old school in California. I sighed and Hayes turned me to face him. He hugged me.

"It will be okay. I love you Emily." I almost fainted. He told me he loved me. I smiled.

"I love you too." I hugged him tighter. I smiled. This was amazing.
