You're Jealous, Aren't You? (Felix x Kid) *Kindergarten Game Fanfic*

Chapter 6

Kid's eyes shot wide open. There is no way Ted is kissing him right?! Ted liked Penny! He told him he did! And he should already know Kid likes Felix! He had never felt so shocked in his life, and that says a lot. He didn't even know what to do! Kiss back? Push away? But it felt so right... It really shouldn't! Unknowing what to do Kid just sits there in shock until Ted pulls away.

Ted looks at him with a lovestruck smile as Kid just continues to stare in bewilderment. It took a few seconds for the blonde to realize that something wasn't right.

"Kid?"

Kid blinks a few times as the gears in his head start to turn again.

"You...You kissed me." Were the only words that Kid could blurt out. Ted stared for a bit like he himself was trying to processes the situation. Blush began to grow all over the blonde's face as he sputters.

"OH-Yeah! I guess I did! I as Ted did kiss you-Kid-my best friend- hahaha!" Ted quickly backed up a bit as embarrassment took over, Kid tilted his head in confusion.

"Ted, you're acting weirder than normal."

Ted- or at least who he claims he is- stops as he covers his red face with a forced smile. The more Kid's head started to clear up, the more Kid began to realize that Ted didn't feel like Ted. The look in his eyes didn't remind him of Ted. It looked like-

"Felix?"

'Ted' stiffened and looked in horror as he was caught.

"Uhh-Hello Kid- I will just be going now" Felix quickly makes his way towards the balcony, Kid tries his best to grab his arm before he was out of reach but he was too quick.

"Felix wait-"

"Se-see you at school!" Felix stuttered as he opens the door and rushes outside, as he has one foot over the guard rail there was a creek that came from the other side of the bedroom door. Voices were muffled by the closet door.

"Ted? Kid? Is everything alright in there? Why is the door locked?" Billy asked as he knocks on the door.

The two glanced at each other as Felix stands in his place outside, unsure of what to do like a deer in headlights. Kid was not impressed by this  (or shocked as he remembers Felix's kindergarten mission) and turns towards the door.

"We're fine Billy, the door must have jammed."

"Do you need help busting the door open?"

"Nah we got i-"

"Nugget opened it already!" The door swings open as Billy and Lily rush in and throw a net, catching Kid in it right away.

"Guys what the hell?!"

"Kid? Where's 'Ted'?" Lily asked as she and Billy look around the room while pulling the net off.

"Gone, Felix was already leaving when you guys came."

"I knew it! It was Felix!" Billy says as he rushes over to the balcony, completly dropping the net back onto Kid again as he searches with his eyes around to see if he could find Felix. "Damn it! He's gone!"

Kid glared at Billy as Lily quickly lifts the net back off him. "Like I said, he was already leaving when you guys came."

"Told you that we should have gone through the window." Lily said as she folds the net up and tosses it over her shoulder. "A sneak attack would have been more affective."

"I didn't think he would have been brave enough to jump out the window!"

"Nugget suggests that everyone shuts up and listen!"

Everyone silences and listens closely to the sound of a door opening. "Lily? Nugget? Billy? Kid? Hello?" Penny's muffled voice was heard. Nugget and Billy rush downstairs while Lily helps Kid up and towards the hallway before making Kid piggyback on her down the steps.

"Penny! Ted! Thank goodness you're here! Did you see Felix?" Billy asked as he rushes towards them, startling them in the process.

"Felix-what? HE'S HERE?!" Ted yells in anger, baffled to hear his brother's presents.

"Not anymore" Kids says. "He just left."

"What did he do?!"

"Ted calm down."

"Nothing Ted, just helped me out of a hole and tended my wounds. You know, like in a fanfic."
