Meetings

Mal p.o.v. 

I walked into the meeting almost expecting the worse. I expect everyone to cheer in the defeat of my mom. But they didn't instead they all gave there condolences. I just smiled and thanked them. I sat down in my assigned seat since I was the soon t be queen I had to sit in the queen's chair. Ben sat next to me and reached for my hand and I smile and took his hand. The first person to speak up was Queen Leah.  "So the first order of business, is the children from the isle, There schooling. With they be attending Auradon prep?" She said in crude tone. I look over at Ben. "Queen Leah, certain kids were chosen to attend Auradon prep while other will be schooled on the Isle, and then transfer over once the expansions is completed." Ben said. "When will the transfers be completed? And where are the kids living." Asked Aladdin.  "The renovations will be completed by Next Summer, and the students will live on campus and the isle children will have a dorm room style house built before classes resume in 3 weeks." Ben said. "What students will be attending Auradon?" Cinderella asked. "The queen and I are still picking those kids. Based on their files will determine who goes where." Ben says squeezing my hand. "When is the royal wedding?" Jasmine asked smiling at me. I smiled back and spoke up "hopefully very soon." I say looking at Ben. He had a huge smile on his face. I knew that question would come up but I didn't want to say I didn't know. The meeting continued and I just sat there listening to all the commotion with the new normal that we are trying to get use to. I know the meeting is almost over and I can not wait. I really just want to go on a fly. Be free and fly away. I smile when ben says " I think this concludes the meeting for today we will meet again next week for more discussion." Ben and I stand and everyone stands and bows to us. We bow back and walk out. I walk in front of ben and when we exit Ben hugs me from behind and kisses my cheek. I smile and close my eyes enjoying this moment. We stay like this for a few moments, when ben pulls away. " I hate to say but I have to get back to work." he says. I just nod and smile. "Hey I love you. ill see you tonight for dinner." He says. "I love you to," I say and walk away from him. I go back up to my room to find everyone still asleep. I walk over to Uma and wake her up. "Hey girl I need you help." I say and pull her out of the room. "What is so important that you had to drag me from the so comfy couch?" she said I laugh and say" you help me with this you can sleep on the couch as long as you want. ill even give you a room." She nods and we start to walk out of the castle. we walk down the road away from the castle a little bit. "Okay I need you to help me steal my spell book from the museum." I say looking her dead in the eyes. "Girl what why, you have everything why do you need that?" she says. "I just do okay, since my mom died I absorbed all her power, all her bad power. I don't know how to handle it. I need to get rid of it." I said. Uma nodded in response. We both walked to the Museum. When we got there Fairy godmother was there with some VK's taking them on a tour and telling them right from wrong. When we walked in Harry, and Gil yelled at us. "Uma, Mal what are you guys doing here." I sighed and turned and gave them a look. Fairy Godmother looked at me and smiled. I went and gave Fairy god mother a hug. I know she will help me and keep me out of trouble. "I need your help," I whispered in her ear. she gave me a worried look and dismissed the group for the day. Everyone left except Uma, Harry, Gil and Fairy Godmother. "So what is going on sweetie?" Fairy Godmother asked I sighed and said "Well since my mom died I have felt this intense about of dark magic coursing through my veins and I feel like I need to do something bad and I was gonna steal my spell book and I don't know what I was gonna do." I said and sat down on a bench. Fairy Godmother sighed and said "Oh Mal, its okay I will grab my wand and we will see whats going on." I nodded and waited with Uma and the boys. Fairy godmother wasn't even gone for a minute before I started to feel the dark magic in me again. I feel my body tense up and I hear Harry say ,"Mal whats wrong your eyes are glowing." 

"oh no everyone get back, Mal girl take a breath." I hear Uma yell. I can't I then run out of the museum and as I was running I feel my feet disappeared and I start to fly. I hear fairy godmother underneath me and I cant help but get angry. Its the Magic Mal keep you self under control. The magic in me raises and comes out as fire. I hit Uma and Harry. They both yell and then duck out of the way. I look at them and I see fairy godmother start to cast a spell on me and I duck out of the way and then fly away. I have no idea where I will fly to. I just fly away. 

Uma p.o.v. 

I am standing next the the bench that Mal is on and I am taking with Harry when he says. "Mal whats wrong your eyes are glowing." 

"oh no everyone get back, Mal girl take a breath." I say . Mal then runs out of the museum and as she is running her feet disappeared and she  starts to fly. Fairy Godmother then comes out and Mal's eyes get greener and she starts to breath fire. Its aimed at Harry and I. we both duck out of the way. Then Fairy Godmother stats to cast a spell and Mal just fly away. "Mal come back," I yell. she doesn't hear me and I turn to fairy godmother. "What do we do?" I ask. she shakes her head. "we tell king Ben." she says. "I will do it." I say and run to the castle. I find Bens office and I knock. "Come in." I run in. "Uma what is it, whats wrong." I am breathing heavy from running and I say. "Its Mal." his eyes looked worried. "Uma what happened, where is she." I look at him, "I don't know Ben, she dragooned out tried to fire breath harry and I and then flew away." I say. "Ben there is something wrong with Mal, She has all this dark magic and she is struggling." I continue. I can see Ben's face drop and I know he is struggling too. "Ok, I know what to do." He says walking behind his desk. "I am making a king order mandate that everyone must be in their houses until further noice." he said and started typing. "Ben we have to find Mal," I say urgently. Just when I said that hades barged in.   "Where the Hell is my daughter." He yelled. I sighed and tried to explain it to him. "This I what maleficent meant." that caught both of Ben and I's attention. "Wait what do you mean." Ben questioned. "Ill explain later, we have to go now."Hades said and we all rushed out of the castle.  Ben Hades and I ran outside and looked at the sky. I don't see Mal and im really worried. "Okay we need to split up and when you find her try and calm her down. Do not harm her." Ben said. We all nodded and we split up. I looked everywhere when I saw a purple tale headed towards the enchanted lake I followed closely behind so she wouldn't see me but so I didn't lose her.I called Ben and told him to met me at the enchanted lake. 

When we showed up at the enchanted lake we saw Mal in dragon form and she was just sitting there. We walked quietly not to startler but then Ben stepped on a twig. it made a snap sound and I turned and gave him a seriously look. Mal heard and she fired right up and looked at us. I could tell she was scared. "Mal its ok, we will get through this. " I said putting my hands up. Ben was rushing in. "Ben stay back." I said "no she won't hurt me." he says. "You don't know that now stay back." I said and he sighs.he backs up. Mal starts to lower her head and I can tell she is having troubles. I look at the encanted lake, magic good or bad cant get in to it. I smile and say "Mal trust me okay." I dive into the water, I see Mal look at me. I nod at her and she dives into the water. She turns back into Mal as soon as she hits the water. I swim over to her and get her out of the water. She is unconscious. "Ben Ben help." I yell and he comes rushing over to me. I lift her out of the water and ben grabs her and wraps her in his coat. "We need to get her home." I say and we hurry back to the castle where we find Hades. "what happened is she ok?" hades asked. "we don't know we have to get her to Ben and her room." I say and he nods and we get her to Bens room and ben sets her on the bed. "Now what?" I ask. "we have to wait and see," Hades says. I sigh and sit down on a chair. Waiting is the worst part.
