Chapter 6

<Alyson>

  We turned around and faced Ms. Fields. "Alright class take out Wuthering Heights. We are finishing chapters 20 through 25 today so get reading" she announced. I took out my book and started reading. I love this book, I've read it 3 times. This is my fourth time and I'm kind of a star student. I don't mean to brag,  but I've never gotten a B before on a report card. I have gotten occasional B's on tests and classwork, but I'm not perfect so what do you expect. I read about the two main characters and I imagined Luke and I in their places. My mind wandered off to Luke and how he was doing in California. Maybe I should call him like Ava said. I will after school, I told myself. I was shaken out of my thoughts by Logan hitting me with a pencil.

"What the hell Logan?" I ask and turn around. He clears his throat and nods towards the front of the classroom. I turn back around and notice Ms.Fields was looking at me sternly,  "Alyson?" "Sorry Ms.Fields. What was your question?" "I was wondering if you could watch detention after school?" She asks. "Sure" I answer as people scoff around the classroom. Teachers trusted me and there's no shame in that. After that the bell rang and I walked out. "Hey thanks for waiting" Avalyn said. "Sorry Ava I forgot" I replied. "How do you forget to wait for your two best friends?" Logan rolled his eyes. I lift up my hands in surender and laugh.

We walk into fashion design and take our seats in our table along with Alyson Furnier. Yea we have the same name. The only difference between us is that she is snobby, stupid,  rich, a brat, annoying and a bitch. She's the most popular girl at our school and I hate her with a passion. "Why look, it's Tweedledee and Tweedledum along with they gay Alice" Alyson says. "Shut up Alyson " I say. She laughs as we take a seat. "So Logan found a boyfriend yet?" She sneers. "Ok you can stop with the gay thing ok? Half of the most  successful fashion designers are guys and that doesn't make us gay!" He shouts. The whole class turns around and stares at us. "What are you looking at? Get back to work there's nothing to see here!" I yell and everyone turns back to their tables. "Right whatever" Alyson says and opens her notebook. "Alright class, open up to your designs from yesterday. We will begin class after announcements" our teacher says.

I open my notebook and pay attention as Mrs.Reed starts talking, "Alright first things first, report cards are coming up soon since we're in the last month of school so watch your grades! This will be the last project grade in my class,  but we will still have classwork and 2 test coming up." The class groaned. "Yes I know very exciting. Now next, 5 students have a special surprise today! The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in California has found interest in some of our students" she claps happily. "Ok here we go," she takes out 5 folders, "Avalyn Johnson, Logan Cooper,  Emily Hernandez, Tyler Finch and Alyson Grason! " It takes me a moment to realize she said my name. I stand up speechless with Avalyn and Logan. We walk towards Mrs.Reed and take the folders with our names on it. Outside I was calm and collected, but inside I was bouncing off the walls.

I was so happy. Avalyn, Logan and I sat and smiled evily at Alyson. We put up our folders and rubbed it in Alyson's face. She rolls her eyes at us. "Alright congratulations guys, now on with our project" Mrs.Reed says. When class was over we walked outside to Logan's car. Finally free period! "I need to go to the library to find Wuthering Heights because I still don't have it" Avalyn laughs. "Ok sure" Logan says. Logan drives with Ava in shotgun. I sit in the back put on my seatbelt and lean forward. "So we got scholarships!" I say excitedly. Ava squeals and Logan laughs. "Pretty soon we'll all be living in California living our dreams" Logan says. I take out my folder and go through it as Logan and Ava make small talk. It has a map of the campus, a welcome letter, information letter, a pamphlet and about 5 forms. I open the information letter and tap Avalyn on the shoulder. "Listen to this information letter" I say, "Hello Alyson Grason, we are pleased to inform you that we have seen your work and we love it. You really have an eye for fashion and we are offering you a full scholarship to The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising here in Califronia. If you would like to take us up on this offer please email our counsellor Mrs. Hellagan. Her contact information is listed below. We look forward to hearing your response. Sincerely, the faculty and staff here at FIDM." "Oh my god I'm so excited!" Ava says.

Wow I'm a horrible person!
I haven't updated in forever! I have so much school work and after school activities and I'm in the musical at my school and phew it's a hand full

I will try my best to update bith SMT AND SCL! Hope you guys enjoy this story so far and I love you guys xxx
