Chapter 31 Welcome Back

I stood there staring as my world came crashing down. And what hurt the most was that Luke was kissing her back with as much as passion as he did to me........

As soon as Megan opened the door we were both in shocked! Tears started pouring down on my cheeks and I heard footsteps coming from behind me. Lucas and Cameron stood there frozen. I can see tears forming on Luca's eyes as he watched the scene. Megan had to hold me by the hand before I could have fainted. How could he?! This was the second time it had happend and this time he doesnt deserve a second chance. How could she?! My own fucking best friend! The person I had met and told secrets to became my stern enemy! Where are my parents when I needed the?! My life is just full of shit! Luke nd Rosie were curled up to a blanket sleeping naked! And Luke was hugging her!!! I bet they had wonderful sex! After that, I flipped..........

I started screaming and cursing at them! I could feel my eyes blurring from the tears which were falling down my cheeks. " I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOUSE TODAY AND NEVER AND I MEAN EVER GO NEAR ME AGAIN! AND AS FOR YOU LUKE WERE OVER! " I screamed at tha top of my lungs. This time I had enough. I ran and ran until I had no more breath left. I broke down crying and weezing for air. After I had calmed myself up, I went back to the party and hopped into my car. I drove to my house and packed. I think its time for a vacation. I wrote a note and left the house. I took one last look at it and whispered under my breath "Im sorry"I headed to the airport and got my ticket. I hoped into the plane and said my last goodbye. "Ill be back until 2 years and I will be changed........."

2 years passed............

"Babe where is my shoes?" I asked shuffling around. It has been 2 years passed and Megan and Cam were getting married isn't that amazing?! And I get to be the maid of honor! YES! Me and Nathan  were flying back to be their! Oh yeah almost forgot  he was my new boyfriend. I met him when I first arrived here. I was crying on the corner of this bus top and he went up to me and asked what was wrong. Until then we became great friends and after that we became the perfect couple ever. When we were in a dinner with his family, he proposed to me. I was estatic. His mum and dad welcomed me to their family as a daughter( in law) .Nate  was handsome and muscular. He had light bloned hair which was spiked up messily in a good way and piercing blue eyes. "Babe can you help me with this tie?" He asked. I went up to him and did his tie while he looked at me. "Why are you looking at me?" I asked, smirking. "Because you look hot in that dress." He answeared flashing me a grin. I blushed. We locked up our house and drove to the airport.

After a couple of hours later, we were standing at the front of my old house. I missed this house so much. Nate knew about my story so he wrapped his hands around my waist and told me I would be alright. I smiled. I took a deep breath and we rang the doorbell up. Ding Dong! The door opened and their stood Megan and Cam. I shrieked in exitment. I missed her so much! "I miss you so much Megs!" I screamed. " I missed you to Hales." She said grinning as wide as I was. "Cam!!!" "I missed you so much Hales!" I laughed. "And who might you be?" Megs ask wiggling her eyebrows. "Guys meet my fiancce  Nathan." I grinned. Megs sreeched and Cam congratulated us.  Megs and Cam welcomed him like an old friend. I was so happy that they were all getting along together. We went inside and hung up our coaghts and got a champagne.

We talked about the wedding and our engagement rings.  "Hailey?" A voice called out from behind me. I turned around and my smile dropped. Luke. He was with Rosie.. I was about to well up in tears when I reminded myself to pick myself up and forget about it. I looked up at him and noticed he hasnt changed one bit. I gulped. Be strong Hailey! He walked toward us and it was awkward silent. "Umm meet my fiancce Nathan." I said grinning. I coudnt wait to be Mrs Nathan Scholtz. "Nice to meet you Im Luke Carmichael and this is my girlfriend Rosie." He said as he shooked his hand. I felt a pang on my heart. Ouch Luke that hurt. I looked up to him and he was looking directly at me and I could see tears forming on his eyes. I looked away.....

It was Megan who had broken off the silent as she dragged me on stage to sing  us a song. Honestly I havent really thought about singing or playing the piano. It was my hidden talent even Nate didnt know about it cause it was my thing with Luke. I excused myself and made my way to the music room. It has been so many years since I remembered playing this and I really missed it. I played a bunch of choreds and started playing Love That Lets Go By Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus...

[Miley Cyrus:]

There's a gold frame,

It reminded me so much of my parents and Luke especially. As soon as I finished I started crying. Urgh Im such a baby. I got up and I heard the door slam. Probably someone thought it was the toilet. I went back to the party and I could feel his eyes on me but I just shook it off and payed attention to Nate. After an hour of partying and talking it was over. I was very tired from the flight. Megs was about to show me my room wen I interrupted "Megs you do know this is my house and Ive lived here since I was born." I laughed. "Oh yeah sorry I forgot well goodnight both of you and make sure to wake  up at 8 for our fittings." She smiled and I hugged her. We made our way inside and came across my room. Their were pictures on the walls of me, Megs, Cam, Lucas, Luke and Rosie. So much memorise. Wait a minute I didnt see Lucas today I wonder why. I shrugged and thought I would just going to ask Megs tommorow.  

I got changed and cuddled up against Nate. He kissed my forehead and said I love you. I turned down the light and whispered " I love you back."...............(I think..........)
